?Objectives? Study the effect of multidisciplinary continuous nursing care on quality of life and self-manegement ability of coronary heart disease of patients after PCI and provide some theoretical basis for clinical nursing care.?Methods? Implement random controlled trials.170 cases of PCI patients were selected and assigned into experimental group and control group randomly.85 cases in each group. There were no statistically significant differences between the two groups in baseline datas. Both groups received 6 months' continuous nursing care,Experimental group received multidisciplinary continuous nursing care, control group received intervention measures based on current health education.Their laboratory indicators, quality of life and self-management ability of coronary heart disease were recorded and compared before and 3 months,6 months after intervention.Chi-square test,independent-samples t test,Mann-Whitney U test, repeated measure ANOVA and one-way repeated measures ANOVA were conducted to the data.?Results? Biochemical Indicators: Time effect and grouping effect were effective on fasting blood glucose, triglyceridess and low denstity lipoprotein(P<0.05).There are interactive effect between time and grouping on these three indicators(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in these three indicators between two groups before intervention(P>0.05).The levels of triglyceridess and low denstity lipoprotein in the experimental group were better than those in the control group at 3 months after intervention(P<0.05),The levels of these three indicators in the experimental group were better than those in the control group at 6 months after intervention(P <0.05).Quality of life:Time effect on all dimensions of quality of life was effective(P<0.05).Grouping effect on role-physical,general health, emotional function, mental health, physical health summary scales was effective(P<0.05).There are interactive effects between time and grouping on physical function,role-physical,general health,vatality,role-emotional,mental health, physical health summary scales and mentalhealth summary scales of quality of life. There was no significant difference in quality of life between two groups before intervention(P>0.05),The scores of role-physical,vatality,mental health, physical health summary scales in the experimental group were better than those in the control group at 3 months after intervention(P<0.05),The scores of role-physical,general health,vatality,role-emotional,mental health, physical health summary scales and mental health summary scales in the experimental group were better than those in the control group at 6 months after intervention(P <0.05).Self-management ability of coronary heart disease: Time effect and grouping effect on all dimensions and total score of self-management ability of coronary heart disease were effective(P<0.05).There are interactive effects between time and grouping on the three dimensions and total score of self-management ability of coronary heart disease. There was no significant difference in the self-management ability of coronary heart disease between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).The three dimensions and total score of self-management ability of coronary heart disease in the experimental group were better than those in the control group at the 3 and 6 months after intervention(P<0.05).?Conclusions? Mutidisciplinary continuous nursing care can improve the fasting blood glucose, triglycerides, low denstity lipoprotein of patients after percutaneous coronary intervention, improve their quality of life and self-management ability of coronary heart disease,so as to improve their prognosis and promote their rehabilitation.
