Analysis Clinical Characteristic In Elderly Patients With Coronary Heart Disease (CHD) Related Asthenia Syndrome

Objective Cross-sectional survey analysis clinical characteristic in elderly patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)related asthenia syndrome,provide the basis for chinese debilitating diagnosis model.Methods A total of 365 patients from 2015-12-01 to 2016-05-30,aged?65years,with diagnosis of CHD in our hospital were selected.Frailty was defined according to the Fried symptomatology scale,Based on this scale patients were divided into three groups as follows:frail;intermediately frail;nonfrail.Conduct statistical analysis for General situation ? biochemical inindexs ?complicating diseases in three groups of patients to understand the characteristics of weak elderly patients with coronary artery disease syndrome ? Results analysis single factor results of the general data showed that:weakness is associated with increased age;BMI is different at different times(P ? 0.05);complicated with diabetes ? COPD ?congestive heart failure?chronic renal insufficiency?tumor?high uric hamatic disease?dementia?Arrhythmia?CAD index is high risk?lung infection?valvular heart disease exist statistical differences between elderly in three groups(P?0.05)IL-6?CRP?FIB?BNP?UA?Scr?Cys C?ALB?WBC?HGB?neutrophilic exist statistical differences between elderly in three groups(P?0.05).The multi-factors logistic regression analysis showed that:Coronary heart disease(CHD)in elderly patients merger with COPD?tumors can accelerate the progress of elderly asthenia syndrome,To further reveal IL-6?BNP?UA?Scr ?ALB?neutrophilic can prompt debilitating condition.Conclusions Elderly patients with COPD? tumor and biochemical indexes such as IL-6?BNP?ALB or can be used as evaluation indexes of asthenia syndrome.To provide theoretical basisfor Chinese debilitating diagnosis model.At the same time helps to make individualization diagnosis and treatment decisions.
