Purpose:To explore the relationship between the debilitation of elderly patients with coronary heart disease and cholinesterase, hemoglobin, albumin,so as to improve the importance of the frailty in patients with coronary heart disease. The detection of cholinesterase and other indicators can provide a reference for the diagnosis and prognosis of patients with coronary heart disease with frailty, and to study the distribution of TCM syndromes in patients with coronary heart disease with frailty and the relationship between cholinesterase and common syndromes.Material and method:From September 2018 to January 2020,115 patients with chest obstruction(coronary heart disease)diagnosed in the geriatric department, the first and the second Department of Cardiology,Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of traditional Chinese medicine were collected. The patients were assessed with fried asthenia symptom scale(fried Phenotype)was used to evaluate the debilitation,to collect the clinical data of all the selected elderly patients with coronary heart disease,to record the general clinical data of the elderly patients with coronary heart disease in detail,to collect and record the laboratory examination results of the inpatients, and to observe the examination indexes including cholinesterase(Che),hemoglobin(Hgb),albumin(ALB),etc. To analyze the distribution of TCM syndromes and the relationship between cholinesterase and common syndromes in patients with coronary heart disease and frailty. The clinical electronic database of the observed patients was established, and the data were analyzed by spss24.0 software. The measurement data were expressed by mean ± standard deviation((?)±S),and the comparison between the two groups was expressed by t-test;the count data was expressed by the number of cases(percentage),Chi square test was used for inter group comparison,There was statistical significance when p < 0.05.Results:1.There was no significant difference between the two groups in gender data,There was no significant difference(P > 0.05).Compared with the age of the two groups, the age of the weak group was higher than that of the non weak group, the difference was statisticallysignificant(P < 0.05).2.The level of cholinesterase in the frailty group was significantly lower than that in the no frailty group(P < 0.01),The difference is statistically significant.3.The hemoglobin level in the frailty group was significantly lower than that in the no frailty group(P < 0.01),The difference is statistically significant.4.The level of albumin in the frailty group was significantly lower than that in the no frailty group(P < 0.01),The difference is statistically significant.5.CHD with frailty and early frailty:The Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome was48.94%,qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome was 4.25%,phlegm and blood stasis syndrome was 32.98%,13.83% heart and kidney deficiency syndrome was 13.83%.This shows that the syndrome of qi deficiency and blood stasis is more common in the elderly CHD patients, accounting for the highest proportion, followed by the syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis.6.CHD with frailty and early frailty,The level of cholinesterase in phlegm and blood stasis syndrome is higher than that in Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome. The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01).Conclusion:1.Frailty is more in the elderly patients with CHD,among which old age is a risk factor related to frailty, and age is positively related to frailty.2.The levels of cholinesterase, hemoglobin and albumin in elderly patients with CHD were negatively correlated with their frailty.3.The syndrome of qi deficiency and blood stasis and the syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis are more common in the patients with CHD than other syndromes, which shows that qi deficiency, phlegm and blood stasis play a great role in the process of the disease.4.There are differences in cholinesterase levels of different TCM Syndromes provide theoretical basis for predicting and improving the prognosis of patients with coronary heart disease, especially those with frailty.
