The Change Of MicroRNA-92a And Frailty Score In Elderly Patients With Acute Coronary Syndrome

Objective: To explore the relativity of microRNA-92 a and frailty index score with gensini score in elderly patients with acute coronary syndrome.Methods:A total of 60 elderly patients with acute coronary syndrome in the cardiovascular medicine of People’s Hospital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region were enrolled,from April 2018 to August 2018.They were evaluated with Gensini score based on coronary angiography.Frailty index score was calculated according to previous history,present medical history,etc.According to the gensini score,the selected patients were divided into low score group(0~30 points),medium score group(30~60 points),and high score group(> 60 points).Meanwhile 5ml venous blood was extracted to test micro RNA-92 a.Results:1.By index score tratification,The expression level of micro RNA-92 a in the high score group(> 60 points)was significantly higher than that in the low score group(0~30 points)and medium score group(30~60 points).The expression level of micro RNA-92 a in the medium score group was also higher than that in the low score group(P=0.00).The correlation coefficient between theexpression of micro RNA-92 a and the Gensini score was 0.77(P=0.00).2.By Frailty index scores tratification,The gensini score in the frailty group(3-5points)was significantly higher than that in the pre-frailty group(0-2 points)and the non-frailty group(0 points)..The gensini score in the pre-frailty group was also higher than that in the non-frailty group(P=0.00).The correlation coefficient between Frailty index score and gensini score was 0.79(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The expression level of micro RNA-92 a in elderly patients with acute coronary syndrome had a good correlation with the Gensini score.The more severe coronary artery stenosis was,the higher the expresion of micro RNA-92 a was.2.The Frailty index scores in elderly patients with acute coronary syndrome had a good correlation with the Gensini score,The degree of coronary artery stenosis increased with the aggravation of weakness.3.Micro RNA-92 a combined with frailty index score can enhance the evaluation of the severity of patients’ illness,and has certain value in guiding clinical treatment.
