Weak Model Application In The Chinese Older Men's Cardiac Insufficiency

Objective: With the aging of our population is getting worse,heart failure incidence rate continued to increase,this paper aims to study the clinical value of debilitating model in this regard.Methods: By collecting data using statistical methods analyzed with a 200 elderly patients enrolled were divided into normal control group and heart failure group.Group in accordance with clinical heart failure NYHA class I level into groups,II grade group,III level group,IV-level group.Applications weak index and debilitating weakness grading scale established archives for all the elderly,the weak and the elderly group index and weak grading assessment analysis.And further develop and debilitating weakness index grading and the correlation between heart function NYHA.Results: Age,infirmity and debilitating grade index were increased;weak and weak classification index and cardiac dysfunction and heart failure NYHA class showed a positive correlation between rows.Conclusion: By analyzing the correlation between weak model weak index and weak classification and cardiac function NYHA among the elderly cardiac dysfunction assess the effectiveness can be promoted in the clinic,in order to reduce heart failure patient morbidity,hospitalization,all-cause the purpose of mortality.
