Clinical Research Of Buttocks Massage With Celebrex In Treatment Of The Early Knee Osteoarthritis

Objective:By observing the effects of buttocks massage with Celebrex treatment for the early knee osteoarthritis and exploring the factors of buttocks massage with Celebrex treatment for the early knee osteoarthritis,this research intends to provid some effective evidence for the early intervention of knee osteoarthritis.Methods:60 patients with knee osteoarthritis were treated from July 1,2015 to September 01,2017,randomly assigned into treatment group and control group.The control group is treated with celecoxib.The Treatment group is treated with buttocks massage on the basis of celecoxib.Visual analogue scale(VAS),joint activity,Oxford knee score(OKS),five-times sit-to-stand test(FTSST)and step frequency changes are adopted as judging criteria to evaluate the clinical effect.All the collected data is statistically analyzed by the SPSS 20.0 statistical software.Results:Buttocks massage with Celebrex and oral Celebrex had a good effect on knee osteoarthritis.Five-times sit-to-stand test:Compared with the FTSST before treatment,the control group and the treatment group had a good clinical effect(control group:P=0.000;treatment group:P=0.000).The difference of FTSST between the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant,the treatment group improved lower limb muscle strength and balance than the control group(P=0.000).The visual analogue scale:the control group compared with the pre-treatment VAS score,the control group can reduce the degree of pain(P=0.000);The treatment group was similar to the control group(P=0.000).There was no significant difference in VAS score between the treatment group and the control group,indicating that the treatment group and the control group had clinical curative effect(P=0.132).The joint activity.Compared with the joint activity before treatment,the control group and the treatment group all can improve the patient's joint activity before treatment(control group;P=0.001;treatment group:P=0.000).The difference of the joint activity between the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant,indicating that the clinical curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P=0.04).Step frequency;the control group compared with step frequency before treatment,with statistical differences(P=0.000);treatment group is the same(P=0.000).The difference of step frequency between the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant,indicating that the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P=0.000).Oxford knee score:the control group compared with the OKS score before treatment can better improve the quality of life of patients(P=0.000);treatment group compared with OKS score before treatment,with the same(P=0.000).The difference of OKS score between the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant,indicating that the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P=0.000).Conclusion:Buttocks massage with Celebrex can reduce the pain of patients with the early knee osteoarthritis,and improve joint function,so it can be applied to the prevention and treatment of the early knee osteoarthritis.
