Comparison Of Effects On Endometrial Injury Caused By Mifepristone And Suction Curettage

Objective:To study the endometrial injury caused by mifepristone and suction curettage.Methods:Clinical date of 200 cases of pregnant women in Wuxi NO.8 people's hospital from July 2015 to April 2016 were analyzed.100 cases of mifepristone,100 cases of suction curettage.1.Clinical study : Observe the rate of abortion,the analgesic effect of the two groups,and abort anal blood loss,the time of vaginal bleeding after operation,the first time menstruation after tide time and the situation of endometrial recovery.2.The detection of endometrium: collection the endometrial uterine tissue from abortion,HE staining observed the pathology of endometrial uterine tissue;sirius dyeing comparison the fibrosis of different groups of endometrial uterine tissue,alph-SMA(?-smooth muscle actin)expression in immunofluorescence staining observation;oxidative damage in ROS(Reactive oxygen species)testing organizations;Western Blot determine eNOS(endothelial nitric oxide synthase)expressed in different groups of tissues.Results:1.Clinical result:(1)abortion success rate compared two groups,mifepristone success rate of 92.0%,the suction curettage success rate was 98.0%,which had significant difference(p<0.05);(2)the bleeding: the mifepristone group 10.7±3.7 days,the suction curettage group 5.4 + 0.8 days,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);the amount of bleeding: mifepristone group 84.3 + 25.4 ml,the suction curettage group 32.6 + 10.8 ml,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);(3)the first time menstruation after curettage: the mifepristone group 38.7 + 10.6 days,,the suction curettage group 40.5±8.4 days,there was no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05).2.The detection of endometrium results:(1)HE staining result,mifepristone group and suction curettage groups are visible stained endometrial epithelial cells in intact tissue,monolayer cubic shape,tightly packed,endometrial uterine tissue in which the mifepristone group arranged more neatly;(2)The two groups of endometrial uterine tissue sirius staining level can be observed in the suction curettage group is higher than the mifepristone group tissue(p<0.05);(3)the expression of ?-SMA,?-SMA-positive rate of suction curettage group endometrial cells is higher than the mifepristone group(p<0.05);(3)the ROS-DHE probe shows ROS expression in endometrial uterine tissue it can be observed higher expression suction curettage group(p<0.05);(4)Western Blot detect the expression of eNOS of two group,eNOS expression in endometrial uterine tissue it can be observed higher expression in the mifepristone group(p<0.05)Conclusions:1)Clinical studies have found that surgical abortion has a higher success rateless blood and time shorter.2)The study found that the suction curettage group can cause more serious endometrial lesions;3)The study found that tissuse damage casued related fibrosis.As the damage accumulation,activates the factors related to oxidative stress,and then cause the oxidative damage of tissue,resulting in high fibrosis indexes,or even cause tissue fibrosis.
