The Hospitalized Patients' Satisfaction Of Doctors' Service The Author And Its Influential Factors Investigation

In medical market,in order to remain invincible,public hospitals have to pay special attention to patients' satisfaction.In recent years,doctor-patient relationship has become a hot topic drawing the attention of the whole society.Developed countries first took patient satisfaction as the tool to measure the quality of medical service,which was quite effective.Later,China started to reflect on this issue,and combined with the constant promotion of medical work,a series of activities have been developed.In this thesis,aimed at the hospitalized patients' satisfaction of doctors' service,the author carried out an investigation on its influential factors,and then had a preliminary study of the findings.In this thesis,taking Maternity and Child Care Center in Fengtai District of Beijing as an example,the service objects were selected randomly from the hospital to do the research,including questionnaire survey,telephone interview and depth interview.By asking them to fill in the questionnaire,together with a summary and analysis of the collected data,samples of the research were formed.Based on the samples,the research was carried out from six dimensions:(1)hospital environment(2)medical process(3)service attitude(4)medical cost(5)medical ethics(6)medical technology.In every dimension,firstly,an empirical study was made based on the samples so as to analyze every service object's satisfaction towards every dimension;then based on the evaluation results,the author summarized the hospitalized service object's satisfaction towards doctors' service quality as well as its influential factors,and finally,some relevant suggestions were put forward.
