A Study Of Satisfaction Survey With Influencing Factor Analysis And Countermeasure On Medical Service In Main City Zone Of Chongqing Municipality

The current medical service market is becoming more and more heated, the residents' demands are changing higher and higher, government is to further to strengthen management by supervision on medical institution. It is burning question with the modern hospital administrator and supervisor in the industry that how to measure quality of medical service reasonably and efficaciously, just to provide decision foundation to improve and increase quality of medical service. This research is intended to know the current situation of medical service satisfaction, to investigate an evaluation model and indicator system suitable for characteristics of medical service, to research influence degree of various factors for medical service summated evaluation and countermeasure, to provide reference for hospital administrator and related to administration section.This research utilized others scholar research findings, to combine characteristics of medical service, to adopt qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, through a questionnaire survey in main city zone of Chongqing municipality, to interview to individual and observation on medical institution, to probe the current situation of medical service satisfaction and influence factors for patient to evaluate medical service.This study indicated that medical service satisfaction is not ideal at present through analysis by synthesis, the main issues includes high medical care expenses, excessive medical treatment, poor service, faulty design of operation flow and so on. Many people think medical service is expensive and not easy to obtain, they are not satisfied with justification and accessibility of medical service, trust degree to medical staff is not ideal, too. Influence factors for patient to evaluate medical service are treatment effect, attitude towards customers, fee-for-service, professional skill, service routine, etc.Through theoretical approach and empirical study, this research discovered influence factors for patient to evaluate medical service and influence weighing, to indicate that medical institution should value quality of service and attitude towards customers, etc.The innovations of this study are research approach of independent investigation and observation. It is easy to obtain real view. Increasing social evaluation reflected the expectation and attitude of the public, to research influence of social factors to medical service satisfaction.
