Coriandrum Sativum L.belongs to Umbelliferae,Coriandrum L.and was an annual or biennial herb,also known as coriander,parsley,one of the oldest aromatic vegetables is used in human history for seasoning and medicine.Originated in the Mediterranean region,but in North Africa,Central Europe and Asia as a cooking and medicinal plants and was widely cultivated,the Han Dynasty"Silk Road"into China,has been more than 2,000years of history,all over the country are widely planted in China and all ethnic groups in Central and South Asia,is a very important vegetable and seasoning spices.Coriander is the dried ripe fruit of the coriander,Tibetan medicine name Wu Su,contained in the Tibetan ministerial standards,is also commonly used spices,can be used food,commonly used in meat,baked goods.Coriander fruit volatile oil is often used as a food for the candy,cooking,perfume,beverage and tobacco industry,it also has analgesic,driving,digestion,anti-rheumatism,spasm,anti-oxidation,anti-bacterial and hypoglycemic effect[1-3],can be used to treat rheumatism and diabetes and other diseases.At present,there are many studies on the volatile oil of coriander and coriander fruit.The research contents mainly focus on its main chemical composition and edible value,while the research on water-soluble components is rare,and its basic research report is rare.In order to explore the pharmacological basis of coriander fruit in coriander fruit,the main chemical constituents of the extract of coriander fruit were studied.The dry fruit of Coriandrum Sativum L.was studied systematically.(Such as silica gel column chromatography?decompression,medium pressure?,ODS column chromatography,Sephadex LH-20 gel column chromatography,medium and high pressure rapid preparation chromatography,semi-preparative high performance liquid chromatography separation and purification technology from coriander fruit.The chemical structures of 28 compounds were identified and identified in the extraction site of ethyl acetate and ethyl acetate.Among them,5 new compounds were found,and 13 were found from this genus.The results are as follows:Coriander lactone A?CS-1?,aurantiamide?CS-2?,Corianderlactone B?CS-3?,apigenin?CS-4?,4',8'-dihydroxyacetophenone-8-O-ferulicacidester?CS-5?,p-hydroxyphenethyl-ferulate?CS-6?,Coriander lactone C?CS-7?,Coriander lactone D?CS-8?,luteolin?CS-9?,Coriander E?CS-10?,2-O-E-feruloyl-1-?4-hydroxyphenyl?ethane-1,2-diol?CS-11?,3-indolcarbaldehyde?CS-12?,scopolamine pavilion?CS-13?,ferulic acid?CS-14?,9Z-1,9-heptadecadiene-4,6-diyne-3,8,11-triol?CS-15?,apigenin-7-O-?-D-glucoside?CS-16?,adenine nucleoside?CS-17?,luteolin-7-O-?-D-glucoside?CS-18?,10-hydroxyguaia-3,7?11?-dien-12,6-olide?CS-19?,quercetin?CS-20?,kaempferol?CS-21?,methyl gallate?CS-22?,hesperidin?CS-23?,apigenin-7-O-?-D-?6'-O-acetyl?-glucoside?CS-24?,methyl p-hydroxybenzoate?CS-25?,vanillic acid?CS-26?,gallate-3-methyl ether?CS-27?,4-?2-hydroxy-1-methyl-O-ethyl?-phenol?CS-28?.The compounds CS-2,CS-5,CS-6,CS-11,CS-12,CS-13,CS-15,CS-16,CS-18,CS-19,CS-24,CS-27 and CS-28 were firstly isolated from the genus Coriandrum L.CS-1,CS-3,CS-7,CS-8,CS-10 are novel compounds.In this paper,the chemical constituents of the extract from the coriander fruit were studied,which provided a material basis for the further pharmacological research on the coriander fruit,and provided the theoretical basis for the further development of the medicinal and edible plants of coriander fruit.
