The Research Of Implement Status And The Promotion Methods On "Medical Cooperation" Of NanYuan Hospital

Establishing a hierarchical medical treatment system is an important measure to rationally allocate medical resources and solve the popular problem of "seeing a doctor difficult and seeing a doctor expensive." Medical joint construction is a specific way to promote the implementation of grading diagnosis by medical and health system reform in China.At present,the construction of Medical Association is still in the exploratory stage in China.Given some achievements have been made and there are many factors impact its development Therefore,it has far-reaching significance to continuously improve the construction of Medical Association by exploring the medical management,summarizing the results,popularizing the experience and making improvement.Although Beijing high-quality medical resources are very abundant,numerous 3 armour hospital,is also the first batch of national medical couplet of pilot cities,but the establishment of medical couplet body is basically a tertiary hospital central hospital of couplet of medical mode,so in this paper,the author from the Angle of policy implementers secondary general hospital in Nanyuan hospital as the core of hospital introduction of couplet of "medical model" status and promotion strategy,not only can make some meaningful attempt and innovation,and belongs to the secondary hospital of Beijing medical couplet body building be used for reference.This study analyzes the status quo and achievements of the "medical association of Nanyuan hospital" model,and investigating the existing problems and reasons by questionnaire,In conclusion there are no obvious levels of medical treatment in the hospital and encountered a bottleneck for medical integration mode.Take considering of policy reasons,low efficiency of utilization of medical resources,basic level medical institutions need to be strengthen,publicity effect is not significant and so on.In the end,we provide the medical promotion strategy of Nanyuan Hospital:1,improve the relevant policies of Medical Association;2,integrate medical resources internally;3,medical service homogeneity;4 reinforce Medical Association publicize.
