A Survey Of Patients' Satisfaction In M Military Hospital And Promotion Strategy

Competition in Chinese medical industry is becoming increasingly fierce,the hospital wants to gain a foothold in the fierce market and obtain the recognition of patients,it must provide patients with higher quality of medical services.Patient satisfaction is an important index to evaluate the medical service quality,because it can inspect the hospital service quality from the perspective and position of the patients,and can objectively evaluate the management level of modern hospital,measure the patients' trust in the hospital.And based on the results,we can improve the medical service and develop a new better hospital development strategy.M military hospital is a modern comprehensive three A-level hospital,has an important position in the local medical service market.But with the deepening of Chinese political and economic system reform,and people's living standards constantly improving,the national health care system and military hospital organization is changing,the original medical advantages of M military hospital has decreased,but the patient's medical demand is increasing and more diversified.Under the new medical market,in order to better meet the needs of the patients,M military hospital urgently needs a series of scientific analysis of satisfaction evaluation,that is from the perspective of the patients,in order to improve the hospital management and medical service.This article is from the reality of M military hospital,it's purpose is to meet the changing demands of patients and to improve the patients'satisfaction.through literature search and investigation on the present situation of M military hospital patient satisfaction,this paper summed up the impact factors related to patient satisfaction,then draw lessons from the domestic and foreign classic model,designed the questionnaire of M military hospital patient satisfaction and conducted on-the-spot investigation.Then through the statistical analysis of survey data,the paper concluded the advantages and disadvantages of medical service in M military hospital,puts forward targeted suggestions and strategies to enhance patient satisfaction,pointed out the direction for the same type of military hospital and the hospitals of M military hospital's district improve the quality of medical services to provide a reference and follow.At last,the paper summarizes the thesis,points out the existing problems,and provides reference and ideas for the follow-up study.
