In recent years,China's badminton sports have a higher level of competition and popularity. As the level of badminton competition increases, the training intensity of athletes is also increasing. In heavy load training, the injuries' rate of athletes shows an upward trend.Damages are more common, and due to its technical characteristics, the proportion of waist injuries, which mainly include muscle and ligament injuries, accounts for a large proportion, which promotes recovery of athletes' injuries and reduces the recurrence of injuries.Extending exercise life has also become an important point in training. At this stage, the badminton athletes are more concentrated in the passive treatment in the later period after injury, and the effect of active rehabilitation exercise therapy is better. The purpose of this research is to increase the core stability training in badminton athletes' training and observe its effect on physical strength of badminton athletes such as trunk muscle strength to explore its role in rehabilitation of badminton athletes' waist injuries and to explore effective rehabilitation treatment for badminton players.Research methods: this article uses literature methods, expert interviews to understand the characteristics of the injury of badminton athletes, relevant rehabilitation knowledge and other content to determine the direction of the study,to provide a theoretical support for the development of a reasonable athlete core stability training recovery methods;experimental method, select Hebei Normal University Sixteen badminton athletes meeting the conditions of screening for lumbar injuries at the University College of Physical Education were selected as the experimental subjects.Athletes were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group conducted a 12-week core stability training, while the control group still followed the original training program. The relevant indicators such as trunk muscle strength, lumbar dysfunction scale, balance ability, and pain scales were selected and analyzed using mathematical statistics before and after the experiment.Research result:(1)Waist Injury After a 12-week core stability training for badminton players, the muscle strength of the trunk was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the average value of the average power and peak torque of the lumbar muscles was significantly different(P<0.05).(2)In the 12-week core stability training, the intervention group athletes' lumbar motion in the four directions increased(P<0.05),and the lumbar flexion and right flexion improved significantly.(3)The 12 week core stability training made the athlete's balance index coverage area and swing trajectory index decrease significantly(P<0.05),and the length of closed eyes single leg standing(P<0.01).The balance ability was improved.(4)After the 12-week core stability training, the scores of the athletes' waist pain and dysfunction scales were decreased(P<0.05).Both the athletes' waist pain scores and the waist dysfunction scores were decreased, and the waist pain degree and disability status were reduced. There was a significant improvement(P<0.01).Analysis conclusion:(1)After 12 weeks of core stability training in the experimental group, the isokinetic muscle strength, grade eight abdominal bridge score, balance ability, pain, and lumbar dysfunction were significantly decreased, and the badminton player's lumbar injuries were better restore.(2)After the experimental intervention,a series of related indicators showed changes in the experimental group showed that the core stability training for the recovery of the waist injury of badminton players to promote recovery,is an effective means of active rehabilitation exercises.(3)After 12 weeks, the index of the index in the lumbar joint motion and balance ability of the control group decreased, and the decrease in the test value of the pain and lumbar dysfunction test was small. This indicates that the active rehabilitation exercise method promotes the recovery of the athlete's injury.More significant.
