Objective: arrange and collect all kinds of clinical data of children with experimental spastic cerebral palsy,according to the clinical symptoms of children with spastic cerebral palsy,the core stability training program was developed,to investigate and analyze the effect of sports rehabilitation training on functional recovery of children with spastic cerebral palsy after receiving the core stability training program selected in this paper.Methods: twenty children with spastic cerebral palsy were selected from sichuan bayi rehabilitation hospital,the control group and the experimental group were randomly drawn.Both the control group and the experimental group had 10 participants,the control group received routine exercise rehabilitation training twice a day,in the experimental group,routine exercise rehabilitation training was conducted once a day in combination with the core stability training program selected in this paper.The gross motor function rating scale(GMFM-88),Berg balance scale(BBS),free hand muscle strength rating scale(MMT)and free hand muscle tone rating scale(MAS)were used for analysis and comparison between the experimental group and the control group.Results: after 16 weeks of exercise and rehabilitation training,the scores of children with spastic cerebral palsy in the experimental group in gmfm-88,BBS and MMT were significantly higher than those before the experiment and those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05);According to the data of MAS scale,the MAS scores of children with spastic cerebral palsy in the experimental group were compared within the group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),the comparison between the experimental group and the control group,the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).Conclusions:1.Conventional exercise rehabilitation training combined with the core stability training program selected in this paper can effectively improve the gross motor function,balance function and muscle strength of rectus abdominis,iliopsoas and gluteus maximus in children with spastic cerebral palsy,to relieve the muscle tension of adductor,hamstring and iliopsoas muscles of lower limbs.2.The core stability training program selected in this paper has a significant effect on the gross motor function,balance ability and the improvement of muscle strength of rectus abdominis,iliopsoas and gluteus maximus in children with spastic cerebral palsy.3.The core stability training program selected in this paper has no significant effect on the relaxation of lower limb adductor,hamstring and iliopsoas muscle tension in children with spastic cerebral palsy.
