Objectives:Through field investigation and data analysis of female sex workers(FSW),to master its nutrition Knowledge-Attitude-Practice(KAP),AIDS knowledge and behavior of the status quo,explore the people's life and health,Understand their need for a healthy diet,discusses how to form a set of easy to be accepted,strong sustainability,relatively stable and effective the new intervention model.Methods:Refer to the survey method of national AIDS sentinel monitoring implementation programme(2017),using the scenario "questionnaire to demimondaine groups-health questionnaire ? as "questionnaire 1"(appendix 1),the content including the investigation target population demographic information,AIDS knowledge,commercial behavior,drug use behavior,suffering from sexually transmitted diseases,accept intervention and detection,etc;According to the Chinese residents' dietary guidelines related to the content,reference literatures at home and abroad the research method of combining with the characteristics of FSW populations and design "questionnaire 2"(appendix 2),the content including the target groups of height,weight,nutritional knowledge,attitude and dietary behaviors,etc.Draw the distribution map of FSW in jiaozhou city,draw the site according to the place category,and then draw the survey object.The female sex workers in the non-fixed places should also be sampled according to the.distribution situation.The investigator conducted a one-to-one in-depth interview with the respondents,filling out"questionnaire 1" and "questionnaire 2".SPSS19.0 statistical software was used to perform statistical description of the survey results,and statistical analysis of results was carried out by statistical methods such as variance analysis and kruskal-wallis Htest.Results:1.Results of demographic:We distributed 400 sets of questionnaires,collected 400 sets,eliminated 7 unqualified questionnaires and 393 valid questionnaires,effective 98.3%.Age range is 15?60 years old,the mean age is 30.25 plus or minus 9.89 years old.The age group of 15?20 years old accounts for 18.6%;21?30 age group accounted for 41.0%;The age group from 31 to 40 years old accounted for 22.1%;The age group of 41?50 age group accounted for 15.8%,and the age group of 51?60 was 2.5%.In terms of marriage,the unmarried accounted for 46.1%,35.6%in marriage,17.6%in divorce or death,and 0.8%in cohabitation.Household registration accounted for 62.3%of household registration and 37.7%in the provinces.In terms ofliteracy,secondary schools accounted for 71.2%,18.6%in primary schools,5.3%in high school or secondary school,and 3.1%in college and above.The proportion of FSW for call was high,accounting for 36.6%of the total.In the fixed employment place,the number of people in the karaoke bar/ballroom/bar is the largest,accounting for 36.4%of the total.The second is the foot washingroom/hair salon and roadside shop/small hotel,each accounting for 11.5%.2.Nutrition knowledge attitude behavior:Of the 393 FSW,266 persons in normal weight(18.5 ?BMI<24.0),accounting for 67.7%of the total population.The overweight(24.0?BMI<28.0)had 90 persons,accounting for 22.9%of the total population.Obese people(BMI?28)had 22,accounting for 5.6%of the total population;People with underweight(BMI<18.5)had 15,accounting for 3.8%of the total population.In the 10 basic nutrition knowledge questions,393 FSW answered correctly 51.0%.Positive nutrition accounted for 66.2%.Eating behavior,No regular people accounted for 49.2%,The lower the age,the lower the culture level,There are more irregular eating patterns in FSW for call than in other places,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);The reasonable proportion of meat and vegetable in the diet was 66.9%,and 39.2%almost never ate breakfast.The main reason not to eat breakfast is "get up late in the morning",accounting for 57.8%.The top three factors for choosing food were taste(33.8%),nutritional value(28.0%)and dietary habits(24.9%).Rice and pasta,vegetables,fruit consumption frequency is insufficient;Poultry,eggs,milk and beans,coarse grains,and algal food consumption frequency is low;Regular consumption of instant noodles,sausages,Fried foods.80.6%of the population had insufficient water daily,38.4%smoked,64.1%drank alcohol,84%had almost no physical activity,50.1%were sleeping 6 to 8 hours,and 38.4%were in 8 hours.FSW nutrition was the highest score from the application,and the lowest score of FSW nutrition was from karaoke hall/ballroom/bar;The lower the age,the lower the scores;Those who had a history of marriage had higher scores than those who had no history of marriage;Junior middle school has the lowest level of food behavior,with the highest degree of college degree and above;The longer the local working time,the higher the score(P<0.01).There was a correlation between nutrition knowledge,nutrition attitude and dietary behavior(P<0.01).3.Knowledge of AIDS and related behaviors:AIDS awareness 63.9%,highest score in the 21?30 age group,15?20 years old age group scored lowest,local time elderly scored above work time is short,different from the location of FSW AIDS knowledge scores:wash feet street>house/barbershop>karaoke bar/club/bar conscripting>for call/small hotel,differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).The last time a guest had sex with a guest was 58.0%;In the most recent month,19.1%of condoms were used;The most important way to find a guest in the last 6 months is the fixed location,which accounts for 59.3%.Take up 6.6%of the drugs.28.2%of people have been diagnosed with STDS in the past year,16.5%have been diagnosed with gonorrhea in the past year,and 6.4%have been diagnosed with syphilis in the past year.The AIDS knowledge of the group was higher than that of the uninfected group(P<0.001).Conclusion:1.The FSW population is not eating regularly,and many people skip breakfast,and the frequency of food is much different from Dietary Guidelines for Chinese Residents.The more people smoke,drinking,not drink enough water and lack of physical activity.In general,the lower the age,the less work time and the worse the diet.2.There is a low rate of AIDS awareness among the population of FSW.There is a phenomenon of separation of knowledge and behavior,the use of condoms is poor,the incidence of STD is high.The main factors that affect AIDS knowledge are location and time of residence.3.The investigation object of nutrition knowledge,nutritional attitudes and dietary behaviors of relevance scores are good,positive attitude in FSW populations for nutrition,have higher nutrition knowledge desire,and our country existing AIDS high-risk population intervention mode in general only pay attention to the spread of HIV/AIDS related knowledge and behavior intervention,not involved in this group of the health needs of nutrition,etc.Suggestion:Promotion of 'Focus on occupational health' the intervention of the concept,through the 'Outpatient-outreach-community activities' intervention model,provide various health-related help for FSW,including nutrition health education,the comprehensive intervention model has certain social significance.
