Arthroscopic Debridement Combined With Wutou Decoction For The Treatment Of Wind-Cold-Dampness-Arthralgia Type Knee Joint Traumatic Synovitis:A Clinical Observation

Objective:By observing the clinical effect of arthroscopic debridement combined with jiawei aconite decoction on wind-cold-dampness-arthralgia type knee joint traumatic synovitis,a safe and effective treatment was sought.Methods::From October 2017 to October 2018,40 cases of patients with traumatic synovitis of the knee joint,who were treated by arthroscopy in department 1 of the department of osteology of our hospital and belonged to wind-cold-dampness-bi syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine,were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group with 20 cases each.There was no significant difference in general conditions between the two groups(p>0.05),and the overall situation was comparable before treatment.Among them,the control group was treated with arthroscopy alone,and the observation group was treated with flavored aconitum decoction on the basis of the control group.After the second day of oral administration,decoction of water,a day to pay,morning and evening points to take.Two weeks after treatment,the efficacy was evaluated,and the improvement of knee flexion andextension function,knee pain,knee cavity effusion and clinical safety of the two groups were observed.Results:All 40 cases of traumatic synovitis of knee joint were analyzed without shedding.Comparison of overall efficacy before and after treatment between the two groups: the effective rate of the control group was 81%,and that of the observation group was up to 86%.Through rank-sum test analysis,U=3.006 and P=0.037<0.05 were compared between the observation group and the control group,indicating that the efficacy of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group.The scores of flexion and extension function,joint pain and joint effusion before and after treatment were significantly different between the two groups(p<0.05),and no adverse reactions occurred between the two groups during the treatment.Conclusion:Arthroscopic debridement combined with modified aconite decoction for the treatment of wind-cold-dampness-arthralgia type knee joint traumatic synovitis has a definite curative effect,and can effectively improve knee joint pain,joint flexion and extension function,and joint effusion.In terms of curative effect,the observation group is significantly better than the control group,and the two groups have a high safety during treatment.
