Purpose: At home and abroad for lung rehabilitation to improve COPD patients with lung function,reduce clinical symptoms and other aspects of the significant progress made.However,there are few researches on whether the pulmonary rehabilitation can improve the malnutrition status of COPD.Professor Wang Tan believes that spleen deficiency and pulse were unfavorable and muscle weakness of limbs Lou reduced the etiology,namely COPD and causes of malnutrition.In the clinical practice from the lungs and qi qi,oral Chinese medicine to restore the patient’s lung and spleen gas,combined with traditional Chinese medicine lung rehabilitation so that patients with good pass,the effect is satisfactory.Under the guidance of the instructor,the subject will complete the clinical observation of 60 cases in the scheduled timeComplete COPD(stable)combined with malnutrition,and Chinese medicine syndrome for lung swelling-lung and spleen deficiency clinical research.To its clinical efficacy to make an objective and impartial evaluation.Through the study to confirm the lung rehabilitation of COPD combined with the active treatment of malnutrition,and to provide a new clinical treatmentMethod: In this study,69 patients in the first affiliated hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October to October were selected to be eligible for moderate and severe COPD with mild and moderate malnutrition.Were randomly divided into the treatment group of lung rehabilitation combined with traditional Chinese medicine and the control group treated with traditional Chinese medicine alone.The ratio of the treatment group to the control group was 35:34.Through the wheezing,cough,loss of appetite and other symptoms,upper arm muscle and other indicators before and after the assessment of changes in the situation,Comparison of the treatment group and the control group of the difference between the efficacy of the final conclusion.Result: flavored incomparably mountain pill group total effective rate was 93.3%,the western medicine group total effective rate was 83.3%,compared with similar between the two groups(P < 0.05).Flavored matchless mountain pills for patients with shortness of breath symptoms,shortness of breath,cough,fatigue and dyspnea index,the improvement in improvement in six-minute walk-test better than western medicine group,so prompt flavored mountain pill can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with COPD,a level III to improve the patient’s activity ability,reduce the number of hospital,improve the quality of life.Conclusion: The overall effective rate was 94.3% in the treatment group and 74.5% in the control group(P <0.05),Suggesting that the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.Treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with malnutrition(lung qi deficiency type)can significantly improve the patient wheezing,cough,loss of appetite,fatigue and other symptoms,and malnutrition status.
