Investigation On Knowledge,Attitude And Behavior Of Drops Of Ophthalm In Dry Eyes Patients

Objectives:1.Understand the current situation of the knowledge,attitude and behavior of drops of ophthalm in dry eyes patients.2.Study the influencing factors of use drops of ophthalm in dry eyes patients.3.Raise the awareness of use drops of ophthalm in dry eyes patients,find the mistake of use drops of ophthalm,guide rational use of drops of ophthalm in dry eyes patients,to provide reference for the development of nursing intervention at the same time.Methods:Convenience sampling method was used to investigate dry eye patients who met the requirements by the adapted knowledge,attitude and behavior of drops of ophthalm in dry eyes patients questionnaior.Questionnaior database was established and entered by EpiData3.1 software.Statistical Package for the Social Sciences(SPSS)13.0 for Windowswas used to perform the statisticalt analyses.In this study,mean±standard was used for the measurement date.The count data was described by frequency and constituent ratio.Using t examination,F examination,mlutiple linear stepwise regression analysis to analyze the date.P<0.05,was difference had statistically significance.Results:1.Overall,the usage rate of drops of ophthalm in dry eyes patients was over 93%.2.The total score of the knowledge,attitude and behavior of drops of ophthalm in dry eyes patients was60.21±18.21,average score was3.01±0.91.Among three dimensions,the dimensions of"knowledge"total score was30.25±10.19,average score was3.02±1.01;the dimensions of"attitude"total score was9.39±4.38,average score was2.34±1.09;the dimensions of"behavior"total score was20.57±4.33,average score was3.42±0.72.3.The total score of the knowledge,attitude and behavior of drops of ophthalm in dry eyes patientscentesimal system converted into67.02 points,the dimensions of"knowledge","attitude"and"behavior"centesimal system converted into67.51points,44.89points,80.95points.4.Amongthedemographic-sociologydata,age,gender,occupation,current residence,cultural level,refractive state,often use electronic equipment or not,length of electronic equipment,ocular injury and operationor not,and whether have a disease of Diabetes,rheumatoidarthritis,abnormalthyroidfunction,asthma,lupus erythematosus,glaucoma or cataract,use drugs or not,wear contact lenses or not,length of wear contact lenses,recent ocular medication and different living habitshad an effect on the use of drops of ohephthalm in dry eyes patients,so as knowledge,the difference was statistically significant(P?0.05).5.The results of multiple linear stepwise regression analysis is:age,occupation,refractive state,different living habits,which was the related factors influencing of of the knowledge,attitude and behavior of drops of ophthalm in dry eyes patients.They can explain the variation of 71.2%(R~2=0.712).Conclusions:1.According to the investigation,we learnt that the usage rate of drops of ophthalm in dry eyes patients was hing.2.lack of the konwledge of drops of ophthalm in dry eyes patients;not attach importtance to attitude,had batter behavior of drops of ophthalm in dry eyes patients;data,age,gender,occupation,current residence,cultural level,refractive state,often use electronic equipment or not,length of electronic equipment,ocular injury and operationornot,andwhetherhaveadiseaseof Diabetes,rheumatoidarthritis,abnormalthyroidfunction,asthma,lupus erythematosus,glaucoma or cataract,use drugs or not,wear contact lenses or not,length of wear contact lenses,recent ocular medication and different living habitshad an effect on the use of drops of ophthalm in dry eyes patients.Refractive state,occupation,different living habits,length of wear contact lenseswas the main factors the knowledge,attitude and behavior of drops of ophthalm in dry eyes patients.3.Compared with those who have good eye health or good living habits,there is a lower leval of eye vision or poor eye-use habits,with high scores.It reflects that the treatment of dry eye is not given enough attention in healthy people.4.In the use of eye drops,patients are too high self-awareness,easy to use errors,lack of position medication attitude.5.The use of eye drops related konwledge and attitude of the patients with dry eye should be strengthened and targeted guidance should be strengthened to prevent abuse or misuse of eye drops.
