Objectives 1.Understand Changsha Yuelu District 0~3 years old children's vaccination status;2.To understand children's parents knowledge,attitude and practice of vaccination for children;3.Objective to analyze the influencing factors of knowledge,attitude and behavior of children's parents,and to provide reference for the development of children's vaccination policy in Changsha.MethodsThis study was a cross-sectional study.714 children of 0 ~ 3 years old(born in July 1,2012 to June 30,2016)and 689 parents participate in this survey.The sampling method is Stratified random sampling.we use General data questionnaire and children vaccination questionnaire and the Parents' questionnaire of knowledge,attitude and practice of vaccination.Applicate SPSS19.0 for data analysis.The statistical methods include descriptive statistical analysis,variance analysis,T-test,Kruskal-WallisH test,Multiple linear regression,logistic regression,Spearman correlation analysis.Results 1.The rate of basic vaccination of children was higher than 95%,the coverage rate of hepatitis B vaccine of Expanded immunization program was lower than 90%,and the whole immunization program,and Five full time vaccination rate was 44.6%.2.Parents' knowledge of vaccination was 5.19±1.533.Multiple linear stepwise regression analysis: Occupation,Education into the regression equation(F=54.973,P<0.001).3.57.8% of parents concerned vaccination is important for children.31.1% of parents concerned vaccination is Generally important,11.2% of parents think vaccination is not important.The ordinal logistic regression analysis showed that children age,parents occupation,family income,vaccination knowledge score of parents were statistically significant:(F=691.71,P<0.001).4.The main reason for the impact of childhood vaccination is sick or vaccination taboo,other factors with Two classification logistic analysis,the results show that the type of children's residence,vaccination attitude into the regression equation(F=858.39,P<0.001).5.Spearman correlation analysis showed that the vaccination knowledge score and vaccination attitude are positive correlation(r=0.074,P < 0.001),the attitude of parents and Timely vaccination rate are positive correlation(r=0.133,P < 0.001).Conclusion 1.the expansion of EPI Vaccines and vaccination rates in children were lower than those of basic vaccination rates 2.parents of children were generally aware of vaccination knowledge.3.parents pay more attention to vaccination.4.the higher the score of children's parents knowledge of vaccination,the more sure about the vaccination attitude,the higher rate of vaccination.
