Research purposeOf this study is to collect 400 cases with detailed survey data of patients with vitiligo,in view of the unusual type of segmental type two model to find the related risk factors and distribution characteristics of clinical characteristics of the distribution of data analysis,observing the condition of two patients with vitiligo outpatient medication after changes,for three consecutive months accurately record the change of the lesion area,observe clinical drug treatment effect,provide the basis for clinical treatment,hope that through this study can help patients with vitiligo find relevant causes,to play a positive role for disease control and prevention,for vitiligo patients brought the Gospel.Research methods1.Survey data selected from January 2015 to January 2017 two years to the affiliated hospital of tianjin academy of traditional Chinese medicine(the long march hospital dermatology clinic patients,using confocal laser scanning microscope(CT)skin,wood lamp,mirror skin and other advanced dermatology equipment inspection,exclusion and vitiligo disease similar and not easy to distinguish between pigment loss of skin diseases such as anemia,moles,tinea versicolor,pityriasis alba and inflammatory diseases such as pigment loss after,the senior title of professional specialists diagnosed cancer patients with vitiligo,basic information to fill in the questionnaire form in patients with vitiligo,pathogeny and inducement,clinical staging,incidence(season,high risk,lesion area,etc.)and so on to investigate and collect cases 458 cases,58,excluding incomplete cases were complete the survey data of 400.To classification of the 400 cases,analysis and comparison of two type of vitiligo clinical features,by using the methods of measuring the lesion area camera photo,tape measure for patients for three months of clinical follow-up,collected continuous medication for 3 months to the cases of 212 cases of type(type 183 cases,the section 29 cases),skin lesions of the 212 patients recovery measure and make the results of the analysis,Observation under the condition of the standard drug treatment the clinical effect of two type of vitiligo,provide a reference basis for clinic.2.Use SPSS19.0 statistical software analysis,non-normal measurement data by using the median and quartiles range,according to compare using Wilcoxon rank and inspection or symbol rank and inspection,hierarchical data using Wilcoxon rank and inspection,qualitative data powerusageeffectiveness or forming than said,compare the chi-square test was used to P < 0.05 for the difference was statistically significant.The results of the study1.The general situationUnusual type of vitiligo ratio of 1.07 :1,type segmental vitiligo male to female ratio is 0.91:1.Both types of vitiligo in student groups.2.The starting age,age,course of treatmentUnusual type of vitiligo starting age 24(16,35),age 27(19,40)treatment,course 1(0,4);Type segmental vitiligo starting age 14(8,19),clinic age 16(10,24),course of the disease 1(0,1).Ordinary type starting age group of patients with disease than segmental type group;Ordinary type clinic age above segmental type group;Unusual type patients segmental type set course of longer.3.The causeUnusual type of family history of vitiligo 55(16.2%),segmental type have a family history of vitiligo in 10(16.4%);Unusual type of vitiligo in 50 people with autoimmune disease(14.8%),segmental vitiligo in five people with autoimmune disease(8.2%);Before the onset of mental factors in the ordinary type of vitiligo,148(43.7%),segmental vitiligo type before the onset of mental factors of the 24 people(39.3%);Unusual type of vitiligo has quick temper character in 150(44.2%),segmental vitiligo type irritable in 11(18.0%),segmental type group were less than ordinary type to quick temper;Unusual type of vitiligo plateau 77 people(22.7%),advanced 262 people(77.3%),segmental vitiligo type plateau 24 people(39.3%),advanced 37(60.7%),segmental type group of patients with stable period than is greater than the ordinary type group.4.incidenceFrequent unusual type of vitiligo in spring and summer(74.6%),is given priority to with summer(52.1%)increased,lesion area of mild(82.9%),Majority of lesion progress is relatively slow(96.8%);Type segmental vitiligo with multiple(70.5%)inspring and summer,in summer(49.2%)of the compound is given priority to,lesion area of mild(88.5%),Her lesions progress speed relatively quickly majority(75.4%).New type segmental vitiligo patients near march rash rate(60.7%)is lower than the ordinary type of vitiligo(77.3%).The emergence of two type are isomorphic reaction,part of the existing clinical self-healing tendencies.5.High riskType unusual type of vitiligo and segmental vitiligo is given priority to with the head face,ordinary type(65.49%),segmental type(67.21%),the incidence of unusual type of vitiligo patients with acromegaly above segmental type.6.Treatment effectAccording to the illness needs to unusual type of vitiligo and segmental vitiligo laws regulate drug treatment,to analyze the clinical effect.By comparative analysis it is concluded that treatment for one month,two months,three months later,unusual type of segmental type good efficacy,P < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion1.No significant gender differences,the two type of vitiligo pathogenesis segmental type unusual onset age and see a doctor as early as age.2.Both types of vitiligo pathogenesis are given priority to with spring and summer season,with summer is aggravating,high rates of head face and other exposed parts,may be associated with the sun.3.The ordinary type of vitiligo irritable than segmental type.Unusual type of lesion progress is relatively slow,segmental type lesion progress speed relatively quickly,can be in 2 weeks to 3 months for the development of large area skin lesions.4.Isomorphic reaction with adanced line,often part of the skin lesions were found to exist in the two type of clinical healing.5.Unusual and segmental vitiligo clinical pathogenesis may be different,under the standard drug treatment,the common type of vitiligo is faster than rheumati arthritis.results type segmental vitiligo,treatment effect is good,compared with segmental vitiligo a slow onset,takes longer and more difficult to treat.
