Clinical Study Of Cochlear Injection Combined With Tacrolimus In The Treatment Of Non-segmental Vitiligo

ObjectiveThe clinical efficacy of cochlear combined with tacrolimus in the treatment of vitiligo was observed by digital imaging combined with Image-Pro-Plus(IPP)image processing software.Methods45 cases of vitiligo patients included in the standard were included in the test,using their own control method of the patient's target skin lesions are divided into treatment side,the control side,the treatment side to the fire needle acupuncture,once a week,while topical tacrolimus ointment Treatment 2 times a day,the control side alone with tacrolimus ointment treatment.The skin lesions were collected at the 0th week,the 4th week,the 8th week and the 12th week of the treatment.The lesion area was calculated by IPP image processing software,and the corresponding statistical treatment was carried out.Record the adverse reactions in the trial.ResultsA total of 45 patients were enrolled in the trial,3 patients due to lost to fall off from the experiment,the rest of 42 cases completed treatment of 12 weeks.The total target lesions 84,42 side of the treatment side,control side 42.After treatment for 12 weeks,the total recovery rate was 39.57%on the treatment side,which was 10.27%higher than that of the control side.The total effective rate was 80.95%,59.52%better than the control side,30.95%(P<0.05).After 4 weeks and 12 weeks of treatment,the effective rate was 21.38%and the control side was 9.86%(P>0.05).The effective rate of the two groups was 14.39%(P<0.05).After 8 weeks,it was 46.73%and 28,26%(P>0.05).After 12 weeks,80.95%and 59.52%,respectively(P<0.05).After treatment for 4,8 and 12 weeks,the recovery rate was 9.41%,19.62%and 39.52%,respectively.The recovery rate of the control side was 2.04%,7.87%and 10.27%,respectively.After 12 weeks of treatment,the number of skin lesions that the one of color recovery rate was ? 75%in the treatment side were 11 pieces,which in the control side were two.Compared with the control group,the color ratio of the skin lesions between the two groups was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).P>0.05,the difference between the two groups in the sex,age,the difference between the two groups in the course of ? 3 years and duration)3 years of complex color ratio P value<0.01,in the group of different factors The ratio of complex color of trunk,limbs and hand and foot was P<0.01.The two groups in different parts of the complex color rate are the best hand and foot,the best facial effect,but the treatment area were higher than the control area.Acupuncture treatment after treatment were erythema,wind group,tingling,burning sensation of the immediate response,alone with tacrolimus treatment of 2 cases of itching tingling,I have not appeared discomfort,the test process did not appear infection,scar,Isomorphic reactions and other serious adverse reactions..ConclusionThe combination of tacrolimus and tacrolimus in the treatment of stable non-segmental vitiligo is superior to that of tacrolimus alone,with a shorter onset time.Combined with tacrolimus combined with tacrolimus treatment of vitiligo safe,effective,and patient compliance is good.
