| Objectives: To observe the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of 2940nm Er:YAG laser-assisted external triamcinolone acetonide solution combined with 308nm excimer laser and 2940nm Er:YAG laser-assisted external triamcinolone acetonide solution combined with 0.1% tacrolimus in the treatment of stable segmental vitiligo, and to provide a new reference for the clinical treatment of stable phase segmental vitiligo. Methods: This study collected 21 patients with stable segmental vitiligo who were in the First Hospital of China Medical University and met the experimental criteria. The patients were randomly divided into two groups A and B.Group A was given 2940nm Er:YAG laser-assisted external triamcinolone acetonide combined with 308nm excimer laser treatment, and group B was given 2940nm Er:YAG laser-assisted external triamcinolone acetonide combined with 0.1% tacrolimus treatment.A total of 5 months of treatment.Collect the patient’s general data and imaging data before and after each treatment.Calculate its effective rate and total effective rate, and perform statistical analysis on it.At the same time, observe the occurrence of adverse reactions in the skin lesionsResults: All the 21 patients completed the treatment. The percentage of skin lesion area in total body surface area after treatment was significantly different between the two groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the reduction of the percentage of skin lesion area to body surface area between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).The effective rate of group A was 42.11%,and the total effective rate was 94.74%.The effective rate of group B was 51.16%,and the total effective rate was 100%.There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).There is no significant difference in the number of knuckle units between group A and B at each time node(P>0.05),time has a significant effect on the number of knuckle units without considering other factors(P<0.05),the interaction effect between time and treatment methods is not significant(P>0.05).One patient developed erythema, burning sensation and blisters in group A,,one patient developed mild erythema and burning sensation in group B.Conclusions: Both 2940nm Er:YAG laser-assisted external triamcinolone acetonide solution combined with 308nm excimer laser and 2940nm Er:YAG laser-assisted external triamcinolone acetonide solution combined with 0.1% tacrolimus have certain efficacy and safety in the treatment of stable segmental vitiligo. There is no significant difference in the efficacy of the two treatment methods. |
