Objective:To understand the effect of prelingual cochlear implant patients wearing cochlear implant devices,to wear a cochlear implant prelingual cochlear for parents of children with hearing ability assessment(categories of auditory performance,CAP)and speech intelligibility rating(Speech Intelligibility Rate,SIR SF-36)and short form health survey(the MOS 36-Item Short Form Health Survey,SF-36)questionnaire,evaluate the curative effect of cochlear after wearing,and solve the practical problems encountered,and the Department of ENT specialized nurse nursing intervention for children with cochlear implants,to explore the influence of nursing intervention on prelingually deaf children with cochlear implantation after hearing and speech rehabilitation treatment.Therefore,the cochlear implant can provide better service for the children with predeafness and improve the quality of life of the children with cochlear implants.Methods:The experimental research method was that select the 2015.2-2016.11 in one hospital in Shanxi Province on the cochlear implant 1 months after transfer to rehabilitation center for hearing and speech training in prelingual deafness children into the research object.The30 children with 2015.2-2015.12 were collected as control group,and the children were given conventional rehabilitation training.Collect 30 cases of children with 2016.1-2016.11 as the intervention group,the intervention group received routine rehabilitation of hearing and speech and hearing,accept the qualification certificate obtained by the Department of ENT nurses to provide comprehensive nursing intervention,including cochlear lectures,hearing rehabilitation materials issued,group psychological intervention.Before intervention,intervention after half a year,respectively in the control group and intervention group(CAP),auditory ability classification speech intelligibility rating(SIR),SF-36 health survey questionnaire(the MOS 36-Item Short Form Health Survey,SF-36)evaluation,and the score of the questionnaire for statistical analysis.Results:1.Baseline survey results showed: 60 cases of prelingual cochlear implantation in children with CAP score was(2.42±0.56);using the SIR questionnaire of prelingual cochlear implantation in children with a baseline assessment,60 cases of prelingual cochlear implantation in children with SIR score was(1.28±0.49);the quality of life in children with SF-36 score was(64.64±4.32).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that CAP and SIR scores were related to age,personality,parents' education level and family economic status.2.The paired t test,respectively,the control group and the intervention group of two groups before and after the intervention of CAP,SIR and SF-36 scores were compared in each group,the results show that:(1)the control group CAP,SIR and SF-36 intervention scores higher than that before the intervention,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);(2)the intervention group CAP,SIR and SF-36 scores are higher than before the intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Using the independent sample t test,the scores of CAP,SIR and SF-36 scores between the two groups before and after intervention were compared between the two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Through nursing intervention,the scores of CAP,SIR and SF-36 were significantly higher than those before intervention.4.Of the amount of SF-36 control group and the intervention group before and after the table 8 scores were compared,the results showed that the control group after the intervention of SF-36 8 dimension scores higher than that before the intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);intervention group SF-36 8 dimension scores higher than before intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.By repeated measurement of variance analysis showed that CAP,SIR and SF-36 scores of the time statistically significant main effect(P<0.05),which does not consider the effect of nursing intervention,patients with CAP,SIR and SF-36 Scale total score will change with the change of time;there was statistical significance in CAP,SIR and SF-36 scores the main effects of intervention(P<0.05),which does not consider the time factor,the CAP,SIR and SF-36 total score will vary with the intervention factors;CAP,SIR and SF-36 score of nursing intervention factors and time factors have interactive effects(P<0.05).The results showed that the CAP,SIR and SF-36 score of the intervention group were over the control intervention after 3 months.Conclusion:1.The effect of auditory rehabilitation after cochlear implantation in children with hearing loss is not satisfactory,which affects the social reintegration.By filling in CAP and SIR,and analysising the results of the questionnaire,providing nursing intervention measures by nurses in Department of ENT,can significantly improve the curative effect of children with cochlear hearing and speech.2.By filling out the SF-36 health survey questionnaire,providing nursing intervention measures listening qualification certificate obtained by nurses in Department of ENT can significantly improve the quality of life of children with cochlear implants,for cochlear implantation in children with nursing intervention before language,can promote the rehabilitation of children with.
