According to the results of the second national sample survey on the disabled in 2006,there are 581,000 hearing disabled people aged 0-17 in China, among whom 444,000 are hearing disabled children aged 7-17.On July 6,2009,the Ministry of finance, the national health and Family Planning Commission and China Disabled Persons' Federation jointly launched the "national cochlear implant assistance project".Since then, the majority of patients with severe sensorineural deafness have welcomed the hope, and more and more older hearing-impaired children also hope to come to the world of sound with the help of "cochlear implant".Previous studies on children with cochlear implant hearing impairment tend to evaluate the rehabilitation effect and analyze the factors that affect the rehabilitation effect. However, the subjects of the study are always 0-6-year-old hearing-impaired children. There is little mention about the evaluation and rehabilitation of 7-17-year-old pre lingual deaf patients after cochlear implant.Based on this, this study explores the rehabilitation mode on the basis of "1 + X + Y" operation mode.At the same time, according to the actual needs of older hearing-impaired children-integrating into the mainstream society,a 12-year-old child who was enrolled in regular classes in the general school was selected for intervention. The purpose of this study is to explore the role of "1 + X + Y" operation mode in promoting the rehabilitation of hearing and language ability of hearing-impaired children who missed the critical period of language development, and to find out the factors that affect the rehabilitation of hearing and language ability of hearing-impaired children,as well as the effective measures to promote the rehabilitation of hearing-impaired children with cochlear implant. On the basis of "life as the core",this study focuses on individual rehabilitation, supplemented by family rehabilitation.First,"1 + X + Y" model can effectively promote the hearing and language rehabilitation of the aged hearing impaired children after cochlear implantation.Second, the factors that influence the effect of "1 + X + Y" model on hearing and speech rehabilitation of the deaf children with cochlear implantation are teaching form, individual situation, parents' cooperation and language application. The effective measures for the rehabilitation of hearing-impaired children with cochlear implantation are as follows: flexible use of various teaching forms;scientific assessment;taking "life" as the core;increasing the participation of parents;and following the Law of students' physical and mental development. This study hopes to present the process of individual case intervention in a complete way,so as to provide research cases for future research, and problems and deficiencies in the research process can also provide references for future research.
