Through the full collection of satisfaction information about the project of rescue, to make the evaluation of the public service project which provides cochlear implants and rehabilitation services for poor hearing disability children as government behavior for the first in China.2. Explores the establishment of indicators and standards about our country hearing disability children aid project evaluation of satisfaction, strengthens project supervision and improves the quality of service.3. Provides decision-making reference for the government to increase the hearing disability children's aid effortsMethods:This paper collected 94 rescue object data. The basic characteristics, family study data uses mainly from the assistance data about The Rescue Rehabilitation Project about poor deaf children with cochlear implants 2009 which China Rehabilitation Research Center of Deaf Children filing on, such as project application, rehabilitation placement assessment data, acceptance of the project service and satisfaction survey data from the project follow-up questionnaire, by hand through telephone follow-up assistance for parents data.In this study, basic characteristics, family study and project services uses research method is the frequency distribution icon. Analysis of the impact of the research object of project family satisfaction with services of individual factors, research methods is contingency table, using chi-square test to verify the basic characteristics, family situation, project services and research object of project satisfaction between family service association. The current situation on the Rehabilitation Project service about poor deaf children with cochlear implant(1) Study of basic characteristics Select the sample average reported age of 2.5 years, boys are more than girls, Han account for the vast majority, almost all children with sensorineural deafness, nearly 70% of the children diagnosed in time within 2 years, preoperative full with hearing aids, 85% of the children with hearing aids for not more than 2 years, 75% in preoperative children chose institutional rehabilitation, nearly 60% of the children with preoperative rehabilitation time in 0 - 6 months, the mean preoperative maximal speech recognition rate is 23.26%, the mean preoperative language age is 0.66 years old.(2) The research of object family Selected samples of the type of account to the rural majority, parents are junior high school education. More than 70% of the family hope in pediatric patients with cochlear implants can be normal AC, 75% families received parent training.(3) Study of acceptance of the project services The research object of postoperative 6 months average maximum speech recognition rate is 63.29%, than the preoperative increase 40.03%; study object after 6 months mean age was 1.75 years, compared with preoperative increases 1.09 years. Project services for deaf children receiving cochlear satisfaction factors include:1. The per-capita income of 1400 yuan, lower than the national average income level of persons with disabilities in 2005 and the national average income level, but 51.1% of families are able to bear all costs other than the cochlea products.2. Study after 6 months the average maximum rate of 63.29% speech recognition, increased 40.03% compared with before surgery; study after 6 months the average language age of 1.75 years, 1.09 years compared with preoperative increased. Compared with the preoperative, the postoperative hearing and speech ability improved significantly.3. Satisfaction with project services an average of 71.94%, the highest satisfaction among hospital surgery, 83%; rehabilitation services, the lowest satisfaction, 59.6%. Analyze the reasons may be related to a long period of rehabilitation services, slow, and large individual differences in children, the actual effect of rehabilitation and there is a gap between the expectations of parents, and therefore need to raise the level of rehabilitation services.4.
