Objective: This study focused on the Career Management and Loyalty of medical stall's.Through statistically analyzing the data of Career Management and Loyalty of medical stall's,this paper aims to discussing the relationship between Career Management and Loyalty and putting forward the suggestions and countermeasures for them.Methods: To select the general hospital was investigated by using random sampling method(Simple Random Sample,SRS).The medical staff in general hospital was investigated with career management and loyalty questionnaire.All data was analyzed by using the SPSS19.0 software.Results: ?The career management each dimension scores from high to low is job instruction training,provide professional information,self-knowledge,fair promotion.The score of career management each dimension of in staff personal is higer than side persona.The fair promotion of in staff personal is impacted by marriage,jobs,working life.? The loyalty: The score of loyalty each dimension of in staff personal is higer than side personal.The top three of in staff personal's score is the fourth problem,the ninth problem and the sixth problem.The top three of side personal's score is he fourth problem, the second problem and the ninth problem.?The relationship between Career Management and Loyalty: Career Management's scors is positively related to loyalty's scores.Conclusion: The career management and loyalty of in staff personal is poor than side personal.The self-knowledge of side personal is poor and showed high identity and a low sense of dedication.So we will establish a unified file management and rewards and punishments system to arouse the enthusiasm of medical staff.
