| Objective:To investigate the clinical features and its influencing factors of AV thus provide evidence for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods:516 aerobian vaginitis patients who treated in First Hospital of Shanxi Medical University,Linfen City People’s Hospital,Shanxi Coal Hospital from April 2016 to December 2016 were recruited in this study.Vaginal secretions for bacterial culture, and statistics of AV infection status,to record the clinical features and its influencing factors of AV.Results:(1)Among the 516 patients, there were 30 cases in age <20 years old(5.81%,30/516),201 cases in the 21-30 years old(38.95%,201/516),156 cases in the31-40 years old(30.23%,156/516),75 cases in the41-50 years old(14.53%,75/516),33 cases in the 51-60 years old(6.39%,33/516),21 cases in age >60 years old(4.07%,21/516).(2)516 cases were cultured with aerobic bacteria 27 strains,487 cases were single strains and 21 cases were mixed strains. The top three bacteria among the single strains were 166 of Escherichia coli(34.1%),111 of Staphylococcus aureus(22.8%)and 75 of Streptococcus agalactiae(15.4%);(3)In the 516 cases of vaginitis, the numbers of single infection and mixed infection were 327(63.4%)and 189(36.6%)respectively.(4)There was no statistically significant difference between single infection and mixed infection in genital itching(c2=1.99,P=0.16)and vaginal discharge(c2=0.90,P=0.34),while single infection and mixed infection were significant difference in Burning(c2=44.01,P< 0.01),mucosal congestion(c2=77.45,P<0.01),cleanliness(c2=26.63,P<0.01),lactic acid bacteria(c2 =77.49,P<0.01)and vaginal secretions PH(c2=38.15,P<0.01).(5)AV mixed infection is closely related to age(c2=21.82,P<0.01),educational level(c2=24.25,P<0.01),always travelling(c2=30.91,P<0.01),number of sexual partners(c2=8.39,P<0.01),sexual life history(c2=8.39,P<0.01)and use of condom(c2=9.29,P<0.01),but not related to smoking(c2=1.29,P=0.25),drinking(c2=1.18,P=0.28)and vaginal washing habits(c2=0.31,P= 0.58).Conclusion:(1)In AV patients, women of childbearing age are more common;(2)AV may be caused by one or more aerobic bacteria, the most common being Escherichia coli;(3)AV mixed infection is common, which is mainly mixed with bacterial vaginosis infection;(4)Mixed infection in patients with more performance for burning, mucosal congestion, less lactobacilli, poor cleanliness and PH increased.(5)AV mixed infection is closely related to age, educational level, always travelling, number of sexual partners, sexual life history and use of condom, but not related to smoking, drinking and vaginal washing habits. |
