Objective:To investigate diagnostic method and the affecting factors of aerobic vaginitis, comparison of different diagnostic methods, identifying the risk factors and protective factors,so as to improve the clinician awareness of aerobic vaginitis, avoid risk factors, reduce morbidity, improve the life quality of women. Methods:a total of 406 cases of vaginal secretions were collected from the Department of Gynecology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Shanxi Medical University from April to December in 2016,Using Donders wet mounts, five enzyme combined kit provides Jinyu diagnostic technology company in Beijing makes a diagnosis of the aerobic vaginitis.According to the results of the laboratory,no abnormal findings and aerobic vaginitis patients were investigated, including demographic factors, personal hygiene habits, sexual habits, etc. At the same time, the risk factors and clinical symptoms of AV were correlation analyzed.Results:1.A total of 198 patients with simple aerobic vaginitis were diagnosed by Donders wet microscopy,The diagnosis of 212 cases of simple aerobic vaginitis with the combination of the five enzymes.Analysis by SPSS17.0 statistical software, there is no difference between the two methods in the diagnosis of aerobic vaginitis, the difference was not statistically significant(P=0.065,P>0.05)Kappa=0.754 was consistent.2.Women over 50 years(OR 4.896,95% CI,2.452-9.777),the long-term use of pad(OR 4.389,95% CI 2.277-8.459),frequent vaginal irrigation habits(OR1.727,95% CI 1.049-2.845)are independent risk factors for AV.3.College degree or above(OR 0.594,95% CI 0.370-0.954),separate cleaning underwear(OR 0.126,95%CI 0.059-0.267)are independent protection factors of AV.4.The risk factors of AV were positively correlated with clinical symptoms.Conclusion:1.The two methods are basically consistent with the diagnosis of aerobic vaginitis, according to the need to choose the appropriate method for diagnosis,Five enzyme combined kit detection may be more objective, except for human interference.2.The patients in the Department of Gynecology, more than 50 years of age, frequent vaginal irrigation and long-term use of pads are more likely to occur in patients with aerobic vaginitis 3.The more risk factors affecting AV,the more serious the clinical symptoms of AV may be,as far as possible to avoid risk factors, the establishment of quality life.
