At present,the introduction of health talents has gradually become a hot topic in the c-ore competitiveness of public hospitals.It mainly has three modes:introduction,going out,and projectoriented integration.Among them,the "introduction" model is to complete the introduction through the current talent policy.Smart work,attracting health professionals to work with policy benefits;The "going out" mode is to encourage the talents to "go out" after the"introduction" model cannot meet the needs in a targeted manner,so as to form "introduction"is the basis,and "going out" is the benign combination of goals..The "projectoriented joint"model is to organically combine the two to achieve resource sharing and talent sharing.China's research on the introduction of health talents is still in the initial stage,and there are few classic models.There is no unified norm in the whole country.There is no deep research in theoretical research.In the course of research,the authors discovered the intro-duction.There are many problems in health talents such as insufficient government investment,insufficient scientific research support,single talent introduction channels,blindness in talent introduction,and lack of follow-up mechanisms.Focusing on these issues,we use empirical analysis and theoretical research methods to explore ways to solve problems.This paper uses literature research,empirical research,case studies and other methods to conduct a systematic research and analysis of the introduction of health talents.Firstly,it explains and defines the related concepts of the introduction of health talents,and outlines the relevant theories that this paper can serve as guiding significance.Then it expounds the current situation of the introduction of health talents at present and summarizes the general problems existing in the process of introducing health talents.At the same time,the case study of the Changzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital where the author is located was conducted and a questionnaire survey and interviews were conducted within the Changzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital.The results,problems and causes of the formation of health talents in Changzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital were analyzed.Finally,in view of the common problems in the introduction of health talents and the problems and causes of the introduction of health talents in Changzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital,combined with the author's own practical thinking,using relevant theories,he proposed to take a long-term strategic vision and plan and strengthen the hospital.The talent evaluation system,increasing the sense of belonging of employees,improving the initiative of absorbing talents,and broadening the channels for introduction and other countermeasures and suggestions.
