Investigation Of Scientific Research Situation Wuxi Fourth People's Hospital And Study On Management Countermeasure

Objective: According to the Wuxi Fourth People's Hospital(hospitals)the overall status of scientific research,combined with the present situation and the research topics for the research of the use of funds and one output(mainly from papers,awards,etc.the invention patent examination),analysis of the effectiveness of scientific research.In order to make scientific research work more efficient and reasonable,it is necessary to explore how to effectively manage and supervise scientific research work.Methods: In this study,the 2007-2016 department research and hospital medical staff as the main research object,take from the research project,obtain research funding,scientific and technological achievements,research papers,discipline construction and patent invention to collect research data,the use of medical scientific research performance evaluation system,the evaluation will be different according to the basic indicators,weights and the number of items to calculate the score,then using SPSS19.0 statistical software for statistical analysis,to evaluate the scientific research situation: formulate questionnaire in the literature and consulting experts based on distributed to different ranks of eleven major departments,investigate their awareness in scientific research construction and existing problems.Results: According to input score,output score and scientific research performance ratio,the input score,output score and performance ratio of each department were ranked.It is concluded that there is a positive correlation between scientific research input and research output in each department.The questionnaire to medical staff,statistical results show that with different titles in the investigation personnel in the personnel of scientific research can promote the development of hospital medical treatment and improve the level of understanding of differences,reasons for restrictions on research and development in the different titles of the basic reason lies in the lack of funding and lack of scientific research equipment and there are quite a number of people think that the lack of scientific research platform.All in the title personnel is engaged in scientific activities also have significant differences,more general primary title personnel,but from the participation of senior title is the highest,so the main research hospital or medical personnel with senior professional titles.In addition,in the investigation of the direction of the use of research funding,a considerable portion of the cost has been found in non scientific research expenditure.In addition,the hospital specialized subject construction,scientific research platform construction is relatively backward,restricting scientific promotion;finally,the hospital scientific research management system is sound survey,most people think that relatively sound;that scientific research management system in Wuxi hospital is reasonable in the overall structure frame,but there are still some problems in the the details of the implementation.Conclusion: Although the research strength of hospital increased year by year,but the relative lack of,and the gap between the various departments,some departments such as oncology research investment is higher,such as investment in research funding and project more,although the absolute value is higher than the output of other departments,but far not reached the ideal output due to the value,so the research performance is relatively low,change to say is the research output rate is low.Some departments,such as Department of thoracic surgery,have low investment in scientific research,less research funding and projects,but higher scientific research output and higher scientific research performance.The hospital specialized subject construction,scientific research platform construction is relatively backward,limiting the research promotion most of the medical personnel think that the construction of the hospital in the insufficient investment in research funding,research facilities and research the purchase platform.The main force of scientific research is the medical staff with senior titles and part of the secondary vocational school staff.Most of the junior staff have no opportunity to participate in scientific research activities.There are some problems such as low utilization ratio,low input output ratio and lack of research funding in some departments.Suggestions:(1)clear its position(2)construction of medical research platform,to enhance the technological innovation capability of the hospital(3)to increase investment,establish a diversified investment funds(4)the introduction and training of high-level medical personnel(5)formulate and organize the implementation of discipline development plan(6)to establish a performance management consciousness(7)to establish a research track management system(8)to improve the management system of scientific research funds and policies,standardize financial accounting.
