ObjectiveTo explore the action oriented education method and effect on plumonary function of COPD patients, and improve patient compliance behavior,to relieve dyspnea symptoms and improve the quality of life,to provide clinical experience and scientific basis for the health education on pulmonary rehabilitation of patients with COPD.MethodA total of 90 COPD cases in a hospital from March 2016 to October January 2017 were selected and randomly divided into intervention group and control group. The control group were given routine treatment and nursing, the intervention group based methods through literature review, expert consultation, clinical interviews to determine behavior oriented intervention.Intervention group in the conventional treatment based on the given behavior guidance, and telephone follow-up and health guidance for discharge. The two groups were collected during hospitalization,1 months, and 3 months and 6 months after discharge, including pulmonary function,6 minutes walking distance and St.George Hospital Respiratory General information, basic clinical data General information, basic clinical data(The St George S Respiratory Questionnaire SGRQ)assessment of quality of life. All data using SPSSl7.0 software processing.Result1.There was no statistical significance between the general information and basic clinical data, two groups of patients evaluation indicators(pulmonary function, quality of life,6-minute walk test distance, modified medical research council)(P>0.05),the two groups were comparable.2.There was no significant difference between the two groups in the pulmonary function(P>0.05).After 1 months of intervention, there was no significant difference in FEV1,FVC and FEV1/FVC between the two groups after intervention compared with the control group, and the t values were 0.198,0.463 and 0.046(P>0.05);After 3 months ofintervention, there was statistically significant difference in FEV1,FVC and FEV1/FVC between the two groups after intervention compared with the control group, and the t values were 3.53,2.89 and 2.20(P<0.05);After 6 months of intervention, there was statistically significant difference in FEV1,FVC and FEV1/FVC between the two groups after intervention compared with the control group, and the t values were 5.48,4.06 and 5.00(P<0.05).3.There was no significant difference in the scores of SGRQ scores between the two groups before the intervention(P>0.05).After intervention, the total score of SGRQ in the intervention group(36.50±3.07)was lower than that of the control group(49.37±3.71);After intervention, the symptom score in the intervention group(35.45±5.45)was lower than that of the control group(52.32±4.61);After intervention, the activity score in the intervention group(43.89±10.60)was lower than that of the control group(61.67±5.45);After intervention, the impact of illness on life score in the intervention group(32.93±5.40)was lower than that of the control group(44.74 ± 6.12),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.The 6 minute walk test intervention for 1 months(263.25±28.25),3 months(269.20±28.50),6 months(274.15±27.43)compared to the control group and 1 months(241.76±263.25),3 months(241.43±18.91),6 months(232.05±38.34)has increased, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionBehavior oriented teaching method can improve the quality of life of patients with COPD by improving the pulmonary function of patients, relieving the degree of dyspnea.Study on the behavior oriented education as a part of health education and extension of hospital care, make the patient back to the purpose through changing the behavior so as to achieve the pulmonary rehabilitation at home,Nurse guidance targeted behavior of patients repeatedly, improve the patient's awareness of the disease, improve the patient's daily behavior, strengthen the patients discharged from hospital after follow compliance through follow-up and referral, effectively delay the continued decline in lung function in patients, improve the quality of life of patients.
