Saccharomyces Boulardiic Yeast Treatment Of Clinical Medical Observation Antibiotic Associated Diarrhea In Infants

Objective: To know Saccharomyces boulardiic ‘streating effects and the safety in application by apply it to Antibiotic-Associated Diarrhea of infants.Methods: We select 60 antibiotic associated diarrhea's children admitted into the Second Hospital Affiliated to Hebei North College from January to December in 2016,and divide them into two groups,that is,treatment groups and observation groups according to random numbers.Two groups in gender,age,weight,course of the disease,the disease,types of antibiotics,application time and condition assessment,the differences between these two groups of children are with no statistical significance.When antibiotic disappears both groups are given the conventional treatments such as rehydration,balanced electrolyte balance,and montmorillonite powder.The treatment drugs between the observation group and the treatment group are exactly the same in appearance and excipient,but the latter does not contain living bacterium composition of placebo.they are treated for 7days without stop.Durring the treatment,some specially-assigned persons will observe,count and record some information about the stool frequency and the stool property.they also record the time of the infants' diarrhea,and the symptoms such as vomiting,diarrhea abdominal pain,abdominal distension ease,They also recorded two groups of children improve appetite.Clinical laboratory will exam the infants in Routine blood,blood electrolyte,regular stool and duovirus.Some abnormal person will be examed again according to the actual situation.Clinical laboratory will exam stool ratio of stain/stick in the infants with diarrhea in two groups before treatment and five danys later.They count the effective percentage after a 72-hour treatment.Some specially-assigned persons unified record two groups of children during treatment with or without adverse reaction.Results: After a 72-hour treatment,the treatment group has 20 cases which shows the effects,6 cucceseful cases.The effective rate is 100%.While the observation group has 14 cases which shows the effects,10 successful cases and 6 failure cases.The total effective rate is 80%.The comparison between two groups is effective.After three days treatment,the patients' in the treatment group stool is 2.60±1.003,while the observation group is 4.67±1.90.There is an obious reduction in stool frequency in the observation group,and the resuit is useful.The comparison in stool property in the third day is conducted.The treatment group is 1.53±0.571 points,while the observation group is 2.37±0.556 points.The points of the treatment group is lower than that of observation group.The change in stool property return to noumal earlier.The result is useful.In the lasting time of diarrhoea,the treatment group is 3.60±1.003 days comparison with 5.17±1.341 days in the observation group.There are some differences.The relief time of abdominal pain and abdominal distension in the turatmeant group is 1.87±1.383 days,while the observation group is 3.53±2.460 days.There are statistical significance.The treatment group vomiting ease time is 1.20±0.664 days,while the observation group is 1.77 ± 1.382 days.The treatment group vomiting ease time is shorter.In the eating improvement,in the third day,80% patients in the treatment group return to noumal capacity.While in the observation group,,only 50%patients return to noumal capacity.Before treatment,the rate of stain/stick is 1.22±0.69 in the treatment group and 1.17±0.66 in the observation group.There is no difference.After a five day treatment,the rate in the treatment gronp is 0.27±0.11 and in the observation group is 0.34±0.12.The result in the treatment group is obviously better than in the observation group.In the process of the treatment,no adverse reactions occurred in the process of treatment.Conclusion: We confirm by doing experiments that taking Soccharomyces boulardii can treat diarrhea caused by antibiotic and make diarrhoea last less time.The company sympotoms are improved.The function of digesting can be better.Secondly,it can help the host build the normal gut flora and improve the gut flora structure.Third,there are no bad side effects happening.In cinclusion,this medicine is suitable for children.The price of it is medium.The taste is proper.It's convenient for children to take.Tt is well worth popularizing.
