| Objective: through the clinical application of Saccharomyces boulardii combined with montmorillonite powder in the treatment of children's acute diarrhea,to observe the clinical treatment effect and the safety of clinical use.Methods: 1.96 children(6 months to 6 years old)with acuted diarrhea were collected from the Department of Pediatrics and infection,the fifth Clinical College of Xinjiang Medical University from December 2017 to December 2019.The subjects were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,48 cases in each group.(1)the control group: the routine treatment plus montmorillonite powder was less than 1.0g/time for one year old,2.0g/time for one to three years old,and 3.0g/time for three years old.(2)Treatment group: the control group was added with Saccharomyces boulardii powder.The dosage of Saccharomyces boulardii powder was 0.25g/time,once a day for children < 3 years old and twice a day for children > 3 years old.The two groups of children were treated continuously for 5-7days.The amount of montmorillonite powder was the same as that of the control group.2.Observe the recovery of stool frequency,recovery time of stool characteristics,vomiting and other conditions of the two groups,and observe whether there are adverse reactions during the treatment period.Results: 1.Comparison of clinical treatment effect between the two groups: the total effective rate of clinical treatment in the experimental group was93.75%,the clinical treatment effect of the control group was very good,with a recovery of 64.58%.The restriction in the experimental group was better than that in the control group,so there was statistical significance(P<0.05).The frequency of bowel movements and the time of diarrhea in the experimental group exceeded that of the control group on the 3rd and 5th day of treatment(P< 0.05).Conclusion: Saccharomyces boulardiicombined with montmorillonite powder in the treatment of acute diarrhea in children has a significant effect,no adverse reactions. |
