Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effect of Saccharomyces Boulardii Sachets and Live Combined Bacillus Subtilis on antibiotic-associated diarrhea. Methods: 120 children with antibiotic-related diarrhea were collected from December 2018 to June 2019 in the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University. They were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Both groups were given basic anti-infection and fluid rehydration therapy to correct acid-base balance and electrolyte disturbance,on this basis, the treatment group was given oral Saccharomyces Boulardii Sachets and the control group was given oral Live Combined Bacillus Subtilis treatment until diarrhea improved. To observe the diarrhea times 24 hours after medication,72 hours after medication, and the recovery time of diarrhea before and after medication, and to determine the therapeutic effect. Results: 24 hours after treatment, the diarrhea symptoms in the treatment group were not significantly improved compared with the control group(P>0.05),and the diarrhea recovery time in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).However,the recovery time of diarrhea in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group, and the number of diarrhea was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the treatment group was 85%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(67%).Conclusion: Saccharomyces Boulardii Sachets is effective and safe in regulating intestinal flora, restoring intestinal function and treating antibiotic-related diarrhea. It is better to improve the symptoms of antibiotic-related diarrhea than Live Combined Bacillus Subtilis. It is worth popularizing and applying.
