Objective: To Explore the correlation between club ratio and chronic heart failure. Methods: Collected 85 patients who were admitted to the Department of Cardiology of the Second People's Hospital of Gansu Province from March 2018 to June 2019 as organic heart disease and were diagnosed with chronic heart failure according to the latest 2018 Chinese Heart Failure Guidelines.According to the New York Heart Association(NYHA)classification standard,NYHA class II is regarded as mild heart failure group,NYHA class III is regarded as moderate heart failure group, and NYHA class IV is regarded as severe heart failure group. At the same time,70 cases of patients with organic heart disease who were hospitalized with NYHA Class I during the same period were collected as the control group. The clinical data of patients were collected, for example sex, age, clinical diagnosis and laboratory examination. The relationship between the ball to club ratio and different degrees of chronic heart failure was analyzed. Results: The comparison of basic data between the study group and the control group found that the blood creatinine level, albumin, cholesterol, high density lipoprotein, low density lipoprotein,NT-proBNP and LVEF of the study group were higher than those of the control group; At the same time, the study group and the control group had differences in age and history of hypertension, and there was no obvious abnormality in the history of diabetes.Chi-square test was performed for different degrees of heart function club ratio positive. It is believed that the incidence of different degrees of heart function club ratio positive is different. As the severity of heart failure increases, the incidence of club ratio positive That changed.Spearman rank correlation analysis and Pearson correlation analysis were performed, and the results showed that the number of club positives was positively correlated with NT-proBNP and not correlated with C-reactive protein,LVEF,and homocysteine.Binary Logistic Regression Analysis of Factors Affecting Positive Club Ratio: Age,Blood Glucose,Homocysteine,CRP,NT-proBNP,LVEF,and Diabetes and Hypertension are Not Risk Factors for Positive Club Ratio(P> 0.05).Conclusion: 1.The incidence of positive heart club ratio is different in different degrees.Positive club ratio is related to the severity of chronic heart failure.2.The positive ratio of club and club is positively correlated with NT-proBNP.3.Positive club ratio is not an independent risk factor for the severity of heart failure. Therefore, the club ratio cannot be used as a predictor of chronic heart failure.
