The Effects Of "Wentong Acpuncture" For Inflammatory Factors And Microcirculation In CMBP Rats Model

Objective:This project is based on the study of Wentong acupuncture treats chronic nonbacterial prostatitis,further use of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and histopathology to explore the effect of Wentong acupuncture on the prostate,The mechanism of treatment of CNBP by Wentong acupuncture was revealed from the perspective of inflammatory factors and microcirculation,which provided the basis for the study and clinical application of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of CNBP.Methods:Sixty male Wistar rats weighing 200 ± 20 grams were randomly divided into blank group,model group,drug control group,twisting and reinforcing method acupuncture group and Wentong acupuncture group.Each group has 12 rats.The model of chronic nonbacterial prostatitis was reproduced,but blank group.The rats were treated on the 9th day after modeling.The Wentong acupuncture group was treated by Wentong acupuncture and the twirting and reinforcing method group was treated by twirting and reinforcing method.The medicine group was treated with the herb suspension,one times a day,continuous treatment15 times.Blood samples were taken from the femoral artery blood samples after the treatment,and the histopathological changes of the prostate tissues were observed by HE staining.Results:1.Histopathological changes of prostate tissue in each group The structure of the prostate tissue in the blank group was normal;In the model group,most of the prostate gland cells were destroyed,the glands were narrowed,and there were a lot of inflammatory cell infiltration and fibrosis in the interstitial;The structure of the prostate tissue in the three treatment groups was significantly improved compared with the model group.The improvement degree of the common acupuncture group and the Wentong acupuncture group was better than that of the drug group.2.Elisa test results The levels of IL-8,IL-10,FGF-2 and VEGF in serum were measured by Elisa,The levels of IL-8,IL-10,PGF-2 and VEGF in the serum were significantly higher than those in the blank group(P <0.05).Compared with the model group,the content of the treatment group decreased significantly(P <0.05),There was a significant difference between the generalacupuncture group and the drug group(P <0.05),There were significant differences between the Wentong acupuncture group and the general acupuncture group(P <0.05).Conclusion:1,WenTong acu.punture for CNBP rat prostate tissue pathological changes have a clear role in repair,so that it tends to normal! 2,Wen Tong acupuncture can significantly reduce the levels of IL-8 and IL-10 in CNBP rats,and reduce the infiltration and inflammatory response of inflammatory cells in the prostate tissue,so as to achieve the purpose of Wen Tong meridian and dispelling cold.3,Wen Tong acupuncture can significantly reduce the level of FGF-2 and VEGF in CNBP rats,regulate the local microcirculation of the prostate,reduce the fibrosis of the prostate tissue,and achieve the purpose of dredging the meridian and promoting blood circulation.4,Wen Tong acupuncture treatment of CNBP can reach the temperature through the meridians,dispelling cold,the role of blood circulation.
