Objective:Under the guidance of Professor Zhang Jin's theory of linked acupuncture manipulation and meridian-sensory theory, observe the clinical effect of linked acupuncture manipulation on chronic non-bacterial prostatitis, and seek a better treatment method, and at the same time observe the difference between the effect of continuous acupuncture and ordinary acupuncture on disease, and explore a clinically operable and better acupuncture method to improve the efficacy of acupuncture. Methods:The patients in this study were from the outpatient and inpatient cases of the Department of Acupuncture and Moxibustion,Heilongjiang Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences from March 2019 to January,2020.Sixty patients with chronic nonbacterial prostatitis were selected according to the diagnostic criteria, inclusion, exclusion, and elimination criteria of Chinese and Western medicine, and randomly divided into observation group(linked acupuncture manipulation)30 cases and control group(general acupuncture)30 cases.Observation group took Zhongji,Ququan,Yinlingquan and Sanyinjiao, and used linked stimulation acupuncture to stimulate meridian and meridian transmission to the hospital.Operate according to Prof.Zhang Jin 's operation specification of continuous stimulation of acupuncture. The first step is to use the speculation method, and use the big finger or index finger to cut in the acupoint area. After the first step is reached to the acupoint, the finger is raised immediately.Use pincers to pinch a claw mark, the third step immediately enters the needle with a thorn,at this time you can use your hand to guard your qi.The fourth step is to follow the two methods together.Use the index finger, middle finger and ring finger of the prick hand to tap on the acupuncture meridian,in the direction toward meridian conduction. In the fifth step of the crossbow method, the stabber uses the crossbow method to change the direction of the needle tip immediately after following the camera. In the sixth step, the stab hand holds the needle handle to apply force to the needle,so that the acupuncture at Sanyinjiao acupuncture point is transmitted upward along the splenic meridian route of the foot Taiyin, and the acupuncture at the Yinlingquan point is transmitted upward along the splenic meridian route of the foot Taiyin,Acupuncture at Ququan points is transmitted upward along the liver meridian of foot Jueyin to the anterior and perineal parts.Acupuncture at Zhongji point is conducted along at least the abdomen, anterior yin and perineum along the Ren vein.Once a day, every six consecutive days of acupuncture, one day off,two weeks as a course of treatment, two consecutive courses of treatment. In the control group,Zhongji,Ququan,Yinlingquan and Sanyinjiao were acupuncture, and the degree of qi was partial.Once a day, every six consecutive days of acupuncture, one day off,two weeks as a course of treatment, two consecutive courses of treatment. After treatment, the Chronic Prostatitis Symptom Index(CPSI)scores and TCM syndrome scores of the two groups of patients were compared before and after treatment.TCM symptom scores were compared within and between groups.Result:1.Compare the two groups of patients with pain and discomfort symptoms, urination symptoms and the effect of symptoms on quality of life, overall scores, and TCM symptom scores within the group, and the differences in scores between the groups are statistically significant(p <0.05),It shows that both continuous acupuncture stimulation and common acupuncture can improve the patient's pain or discomfort symptoms, urination symptoms, the impact score of symptoms on quality of life, overall score and TCM symptom score.2.Score the pain and discomfort symptoms, urination symptoms, the effect of symptoms on quality of life and symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine in the two groups of patients after two courses of treatment, and score the pain or discomfort, urination symptoms, and the effect of symptoms on quality of life,Overall scores and TCM symptom scores were compared between groups. The difference between the scores of each group was statistically significant(p <0.05),indicating that the continuous stimulation of the Qi method for patients with pain or discomfort symptoms, urination symptoms and symptoms on quality of life The effect score, overall score, and TCM symptom score improved better than the ordinary acupuncture group, and the treatment effect was more significant. The effectiveness of the two groups was compared. In the observation group,4 cases were cured,10 cases were markedly effective,13 cases were effective,3 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 90%.In the control group,2 cases were cured,5 cases were markedly effective,15 cases were effective,8 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 73.33%.The contrast difference was statistically significant(p <0.05),indicating that the continuous actuation acupuncture treatment of chronic nonbacterial prostatitis The effect is better than ordinary acupuncture methods.Conclusion:1.Continuously stimulated acupuncture and ordinary acupuncture can improve the patient's NIH-CPIS score and TCM syndrome score, and have a therapeutic effect on chronic nonbacterial prostatitis.2.The treatment of chronic non-bacterial prostatitis by using acupuncture and acupuncture to stimulate meridian and meridian can effectively improve the clinical efficacy, which is significantly better than ordinary acupuncture.
