Acupuncture Combined With The Observation Of The Treatment Of Chronic Nonbacterial Prostatitis Clinical Efficacy

This thesis mainly discussed the clinical research of chronic nonbacterial prostatitis (CNP) by method of acupuncture treatment and oral administration traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) treatment. We observed the effect of CNP by this treatment, and preliminary discussed the pathogenesid, pathphysiology,and compaired the index with the treatment of simple oral administration TCM.The thory pat mainly reviews the cognition and treatment of modern medicine and traditional Chinese medicine about CNP. Then 22 CNP cases were be chosen which fitted the conditions of this study and randomly divided into two groups, we gave them this two different treatments and evaluated the clinical curative effects by the changes the National Institutes of Health Chronic Prostatitis Symptom Index (NIH-CPSI) and the examination of prostatic secretion (EPS).After the theary ,there is significant difference between two treatments. It showed that acupuncture treatment have effect for CNP and can improved the NIH-CPSI. However, some indexes like leukocytes counting in EPS has no significant difference.In the end ,we discussed the mechanism of CNP with the traditional Chinese medicine and modern pharmacology and point out that acupuncture treatment is an ideal formulary for CNP. It is worth going deep into studying.
