The Research On The Developmental Strategy Of QY Women's And Children's Hospital Under The Background Of Health Care Reform

Women's and children's health is the premise and foundation of the sustainable development of human society.Maternal and child health cause is closely related to maternal safety,infant birth rate and improvement of population quality,which is of great social importance,and broad coverage.Maternal and child health care work is also of global and strategic significance to enhancing the level of women's and children's health,promoting social sustainable development,and building a harmonious socialist society in China.As a hospital specializing in women and children's health,it shoulders weighty responsibility in this process.In recent years,our country has continued to launch new medical system reform.In the process of reform,women's and children's hospital is facing a complex new situation where there is the infiltration of social capital,the implementation of the classification system,the gradual abolition of supplement to the hospital income with drug price difference and the increasing needs for medical services from patients(supply side),as well as the two children policy and so on.In the new development situation,every hospital manager is bound to face primary issues that are how to grasp the development opportunity,develop and implement a reasonable scientific development strategy,and how to meet new needs of women's and children's health,improve women and children sense of happiness,to meet the challenges brought by the competition of medical market,how to make to the hospital operate well under the supervision of the government and people,and how to realize the sustainable development of hospital,maintain its public welfare,provide the patients with fast,safe,economical and effective services,and reduce the problems of patients' difficulty in seeking medical treatment and high cost of treatment.Based on women's and children's hospital as the research subject,and my job experience at the women's and children's hospital,this paper analyzes the development trend of medicine and health care system reform in our country,expounds the current situation of the development of women's and children's hospitals and the existing problems,and sums up the opportunities and challenges that women's and children's hospitals are facing.Taking the QY women's and children's hospital as an example,it elaborates the advantages and disadvantages of the hospital and the opportunities and threats it faces with SWOT matrix analysis method.By using the internal factor evaluation matrix(IFE),external factor evaluation(EFE)matrix and quantitative strategic planning matrix(QSPM)methods,this paper puts forward the hospital's development strategy and implementation strategy,hoping to offer referential reform experiences to other women and children hospitals.
