Objective:Give priority to the students advice and put the students' needs as the logical starting point.Aims to build a set of scientific,objective,easy to operation is suitable for the medical students of appraisal index system,to provide related research of medical students' evaluation tool.Methods:Through the system comprehensive literature research,combing the relevant research and knowledge context,as the theoretical basis for this study,especially the necessary methodology;Based on domestic,the apparent in some colleges and universities student assessment index system of comparison and analysis,provide reference frame for this study intends to construct the index system of,especially the set of index system logical architecture and items;Through the questionnaire investigation of medical students of a university survey of student appraisal of teaching,students acquire the components of evaluation index,on this basis,formed the entry of the questionnaire,the questionnaire survey;By reliability analysis and factor analysis to perfect questionnaire assessment indicators and correction,formed the medical students the content of the evaluation index system framework;Then,using the method of entropy value of each index to carry on the assignment,ultimately determines the index system.Results:1.With the particularity of medical education and humanistic theory as the theoretical basis,the use of project analysis and factors analysis,to the medical students assessment index system of the item.The index system consists of four dimensions(teacher's behavior before class,the class/form,organization/clarity in the classroom,student's study after class/value)of 23 indicators.2.The weight of each dimension were teacher's behavior(0.0867)before class,the class/form(0.4515),classroom organization/clarity of(0.1858),student's studyafter class/value(0.2758).3.The results showed that the index system of the building was 0.942,and the Cronbach's Alpha coefficient of a dimension was 0.771,0.840,0.859,0.924.The score of the medical index system is 0.917 and 0.880 for the semi-reliability of the Cronbach's Alpha.The indices in the index system were moderately correlated with the overall score,and the correlation reached a significant level(P < 0.01).Conclusion:Based on the perspective of medical students,this study constructed the index system has good reliability and validity,and can provide medical college student evaluation of teaching activities with the objective,scientific,credible assessment tools,and offers a new way for the construction of evaluation index.
