Construction Of Index System For Admittance Of High Value Medical Consumables

With the development of medical technology,the high value of demand for medical supplies and manufacturers continue to expand and grow with each passing day.High value medical consumables are mostly implanted medical consumables,the choice of high value medical consumables is appropriate or not directly related to the life and health of patients.It increases the difficulty of the hospital choosing appropriate high-value medical consumables.Strengthening the high value medical consumables access management and constructing the index system of high value medical consumables will benefit hospital and patients.For hospital,it can not only provide safe,effective and good high value medical consumables to meet the needs of clinical departments,but also improve hospital management level of high value medical consumables,regulate high value medical consumables access and promote the sustainable development of hospital.For patients,it helps protect the health and safety of patients,select suitable high value medical consumables.This study is based on reading lots of related literature.Through expert interviews,according to the principle of scientific,integrity,feasibility,quantitative and qualitative,independence,this study constructs access index system of high value medical consumables.Firstly,through three rounds of expert advice,the index system is modified and corrected,and the access index system of high value medical consumables is finally determined.Secondly,the weight of each index in the index system is determined by the analytic hierarchy process,and the consistency test is carried out.Finally,through choosing 5 different manufacturers of similar high value medical consumables,medical consumables in accordance with the access evaluation index system of high value medical consumables,and the process also verify the practical application of the index system.After the pre survey,the questionnaire was tested the reliability and validity.The test showed that the Cronbach's alpha coefficient of the total and the first class index of the index system is more than 0.8,and has good surface validity and content validity.After three rounds of expert consultation,according to calculate the positive coefficient of experts in the investigation,the degree of authority and coordination coefficient of experts,the results showed that the positive coefficient of experts and the degree of authority is good and the opinion of experts is consensus.After third rounds of expert consultation,statistical analysis of the data collected in the survey,the average value,thestandard deviation and the coefficient of variation,the average scores were above 4.03 and the coefficient of variation was less than 0.19.Experts tend to agree it,and then,no longer fourth rounds of expert advice.The index system was established,including 4 first class indexes,8 two indexes and 26 level three.By analytic hierarchy process to determine the index weight and consistency test,CR are less than 0.1,the consistency of the indicators can be accepted.Finally,the application of the index system of the high value medical consumables is proved to be practical.This research constructs a scientific and effective access index system of high value medical consumables from the 4 dimensions of the quality dimension,the demand dimension,the economic dimension and the supply dimension.This study has a certain reference value for hospital clinical departments to select suitable high value medical consumables,which is beneficial to improve the management level of hospital management department and promote the healthy development of the hospital.
