With the rapid development of modern medicine and the wide application of medical consumables in clinical medicine,the consumption of medical consumables is increasing at an alarming rate every year,which is the second largest expense item after medicine.The rapid development of science and technology makes the medical consumables has been widely used in medical clinical,medical consumables has become the material basis for the hospital to carry out the daily medical and nursing work,there is no good medical consumables,hospital medical treatment is difficult work,and most of the disease can be effectively only by medical consumables auxiliary treatment of medical consumables sometimes even the main role in the process of treatment,medical consumables fees has become an important part of medical expenses.In this case,hospital medical supplies supervision and management is particularly necessary.So by the state food and drug supervision and administration bureau in the medical device using the measures for the administration of quality supervision order of 18 clear requirements: medical devices using unit shall,in accordance with these measures,equipped with corresponding to the scale of its or quality management of medical device quality management staff,set up covering the whole process of quality management to use quality management system,the unit using the medical equipment quality management responsibility.According to the catalog of medical devices classification,medical consumables are divided into class I devices,class II devices and class III devices.Class I refers to medical devices that can guarantee their safety and effectiveness through routine control;Class II refers to medical devices that can guarantee their safety and effectiveness through special control.Class III refers to medical devices implanted into the human body,which are used to support,maintain life or have high potential risks to the human body,and the safety and effectiveness of which must be strictly controlled.High value consumables refer to the medical consumables belonging to class III medical devices and with higher sales price.Under the new medical reform situation,how to establish the management system of high-value consumables with full coverage and traceability,strengthen the delicacy management of high-value consumables in hospitals and make contributions to the government's promotion of public hospital reform is the subject of this paper.With the concrete practice of the Z hospital as an example,using the method of literature research and data analysis,in-depth analysis of the Z hospital high-value consumables management status,including high value material management process,high value material certificate management,and analyzes the problems of high value consumables management,on the basis of investigation and study and draw lessons from advanced experience at home and abroad,from the perspective of the elaborating management model optimization,put forward to optimize the management process,improve the countermeasures of improving the supervision and management mechanism,to further strengthen the fine management of high-value consumables,promote the reform of public hospitals to provide the reference.
