Objective:Observing the acute Henoch-schonlein purpura(HSP)children plasma level change of the Interleukin 22(IL-22)and Interleukin 6(IL-6),investigated their action functions on the HSP immune process.Method:Selected 97 acute HSP children as the investigation objects.Detected their urine and divided them into two groups,one is purpura nephritis group(HSPN group)with good detection result and another is non purpura nephritis group(NSHPN group)with bad detection result.And also selected 30 similar age,gender and healthy children as the control group.Used enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)to detect the level of serum interleukin(IL-22)and interleukin 6(IL-6).Used flow cytometry to detect peripheral blood cells parameters which contain CD3+T cells,CD4+T cells,CD8+T cells and percentage of B cells,ratio of CD4+T and CD8+T cells.Used scattering turbidimetric method to detect the serum level of Ig G,Ig A,Ig M and Ig E.Result: Comparing the peripheral blood plasma level of IL-22,the acute HSP children(HSPN group)(90.87 14.00 ng/L)was distinct higher than control group(54.7311.24ng/L).And the level of IL-6 was(57.93 13.14)ng/L,also distinct higher than the control group(31.06 10.51 ng/L).Both of the differences had important statistic significant(t = 11.94,9.46;P < 0.01).According to the One-Way ANOVA result,the plasma levels of IL-6 and IL-22 of the HSPN group and NHSPN group are distinct higher than the control group which had important statistic significant(P<0.01).However,there is very little difference between HSPN group and NHSPN group,that does not have statistic significant(P>0.05).According to the Linear Correlation Analysis result,the acute HSP plasma levels of IL-6 and IL-22 are positive correlations(r = 0.256,P < 0.05).In addition,the relation of level of IL-22 and ratio of CD4+T/CD8+T is also positive.But there is less correlation about level of IL-22 and cells parameters which contained CD3+T cells ?CD4+T cells?CD8+T cells?B cells and serum level which contained Ig G,Ig A,Ig M,Ig E(r=-0.208~0.226,P>0.05).The relation of the plasma level of IL-6 and percentage of CD3+T cells?CD4+T cells is also significant positive.However,there is less correlation about level of IL-6 and cells percentage of CD8+T cells,B cells,ratio of CD4+T/CD8+T and levels of Ig G,Ig A,Ig M,Ig E(r=-0.135~0.196,P>0.05).Conclusion:1.The acute HSP plasma level of IL-22 increased obviously reminds the Th22 cell functions enhancement.It is the positive correlation with plasma level of IL-6 and peripheral blood ratio of CD4+T/CD8+T.The Th22 is closed related to enhance level ofIL-6 and helper T cell`s functions.The abnormal plasma level of IL-22 may act an important role in the HSP immune pathogenesis.2.The serum level of IL-22 is less difference between HSPN group and NSHPN group,which reminds the abnormal level of IL-22 is not the important factor during the HSP kidney damage process.
