Objective:To explore the influence of Compond Glycyrrhizin on regulatory T lymphocyte Cells and helper T lymphocyte Cell in peripheral blood of children with Henoch-Schonlein Purpura.Methods:39cases of children selected with HSP, were randomly divided into compound glycyrrhizin glycosides treatment group with20cases and glucocorticoid treatment group with19cases,and22healthy children were chosen as the control group. On the foundation treatment, both the experimental group respectively to Compond Glycyrrhizin (3y-5y80mg per time, once a day;6y-8y120mg per time, once a day;>8y160mg per time, once a day) and Methyl prednisolonel-2mg Per kilogram, per day, twice a day) for7-10days.Collecting peripheral venous blood before.and after treatment, then Adopt enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) to detect the content of IL-17, IL10and TGF-beta in peripheral blood.Result:①The IL-17level was significantly higher in peripheral blood of HSP children in acute phase than normal (t=6.577, P<0.01), But IL-10、TGF-β has no significant difference compared with normal control group ((t=0.604,1.553; P>0.05)); Compared of compound glycyrrhizin glucoside and glucocorticoid treatment group, there was no significant difference were observed of IL-17、IL-10andTGF-β (t=0.598~1.631, P>0.05).②After treatment serum level of IL-17both in the group treated with compound glycyrrhizin glucoside and glucocorticoid treatment group were significantly lower than before (t=9.271,9.409; P<0.01), and the reduction of the former is lower than glucocorticoid group (t=3.058, P<0.05); The serum levels of IL-10、TGF-β in Glucocorticoid treatment group were significantly reduced than that of before treatment (t=3.803,3.640, P<0.05), but that of the compound glycyrrhizin glycosides treatment group was no significant difference before and after treatment (t=0.246,0.723, P>0.05).Conclusions:Compound glycyrrhizin glucoside can significantly reduce the Th17cell function in peripheral blood of HSP children, but had no obvious effect on regulatory T cell.
