Correlation Between MicroRNA-27a Expression And Clinicopathological Features Of Gastric Carcinoma In Qinghai Tibetan

Objective:Todetect the expression of miR-27 a in gastric cancer tissue and paracancerous tissue of Qinghai Tibetan patients in order to investigate the expression and clinical significance of miR-27 a in gastric cancer.To compare the literature about the expression of miR-27 a in gastric cancer tissues of other nationalities.Methods:We collect 50 cases of Tibetan gastric cancer patients,and extract micrornas from gastric cancer tissue and paracancerous tissue respectively.The level of mir-27 a expression was quantified using real-time PCR analysis.In addition,we analyze the correlation between the expression of mir-27 a and the clinical pathological data in patients with gastric cancer.Results:(1)The expression level of Mir-27 a in gastric cancer tissues was 7.415±0.129,and the expression level of in the adjacent tissues was about 2.050±0.0621.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).we found that miR-27 a expression in GC tissues was significantly increased compared to normal adjacent gastric tissues.(2)Mir-27 a expression levels in gastric cancer tissue with lymph node metastasis is significantly higher than those without lymph node metastasis,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The expression of mir-27 a and clinical pathological factors such as age,gender and the degree of differentiation was no significant correlation.(3)In patients with early gastric cancer(I-II period)and patients with advanced gastric cancer(III-IV)mir-27 a expression level did not see obvious difference.Conclusion:(1)The expression of mir-27 a in Tibetan gastric cancer tissue is significantly increased compared to normal adjacent gastric tissues.There was a correlation between mir-27 a and lymph node metastasis.Mir-27 a has potential as a marker for early diagnosis and progression in gastric cancer.(2)In patients with early gastric cancer(I-II period)and patients with advanced gastric cancer(III-IV)did not see difference of the expression.Mir-27 a might participate in gastric cancer pathogenesis of the early to start the process.(3)The expression of miR-27 a in the gastric carcinoma of Tibetan nationality is consistent with the records of others.
