Objective: Taking the plasma and tissue samples of gastric cancer of Tibetan and Han nationality in Qinghai Province as the research object,the gene expression differences in the process of occurrence and development of gastric cancer of Tibetan and Han nationality in Qinghai Province were analyzed by means of mi RNA chip and other related detection methods.Method: From October 2017 to March 2019,80 cases of gastric cancer,80 cases of paracancerous tissue and 80 cases of preoperative venous blood were collected in Qinghai Provincial People's hospital.Meanwhile,10 cases of venous blood of healthy people(including 5 Tibetan and 5 Han)were collected and clinical data were collected.From 75 patients with gastric cancer,5 Tibetan and 5 Han patients with gastric cancer tissue and preoperative plasma were randomly selected as case group for mi RNA chip detection,5 Tibetan and 5 Han healthy patients with venous blood plasma as control group for mi RNA chip detection,to screen out the mi RNA differentially expressed and predict the possible target genes of differential mi RNA through relevant software,and to aggregate these target genes Class analysis,gene function and signal pathway analysis.Results: 1.235 different mi RNAs were obtained by microarray detection and further screening,including 118 up-regulated and 117 down regulated mi RNAs(P < 0.05 and FC ? 2).2.The possible target genes of different mi RNAs,the possible functions of the target genes and some signal pathways that the target genes may be enriched are predicted by 12 databases.3.According to the p value and FC value,10 different mi RNAs were screened from each group for further verification.3.According to P value and FC value,10 different Mirnas and 40 different Mirnas were selected from each group for further verification.Conclusion: 1.Mi RNA microarray technology was used to obtain the mi RNA expression profiles in plasma and tissues of patients with gastric cancer in Tibet and Han nationality,and 40 different mi RNAs with potential significance were preliminarily screened.2.There was significant difference in mi RNA expression between gastric cancer patients and healthy people.3.There was significant difference in mi RNA expression between Tibetan and Han patients with gastric cancer.4.There are differences in mi RNA expression between plasma and tissue samples.
