| Objective: Bronchial asthma or asthma is the most common chronic respiratory disease.The etiology results from the phlegm bowed down to the lungs together with the function of lung,spleen,kidney is relatively inadequate and including a variety of factors,such as the attacks,diet and modern disorder and so on.It has the characteristics of repeated attacks,which brings huge burden on both individuals and his or her family.If it is badly controlled,easily develop into the adult asthma,and so a lifelong disease.So the disease which need to actively focus on.By observing and probing into the etiology,pathogenesis,prevention and cure medicine of childhood bronchial asthma in the chronic duration in theories of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and clinical effects,we try to find new medicine of children's bronchial asthma in the chronic duration and probe the prevention and cure elements on air-way inflammation in the chronic duration.We conduced the clinical research,as the “Pulmonary relationship with the upper abdomen spleen and stomach” as the breakthrough point,combining with the characteristics of the children's bronchial asthma,and using the traditional Chinese medicine combining with acupoint sticking.In order to control the disease,seeking a safe and effective treatment.Methods: Choosing the children of the Hebei province Chinese medicine hospital diagnosed the childhood asthma in the chronic duration,which uniformed diagnostic criteria,including criteria and exclusion criteria,by checking the random number table,were randomly divided into two groups.And the number of cases were 30 cases.The control group was given the Qing cough and asthma jointing regular small glucocorticoid.The treatment group was given the traditional Chinese medicine of ningxiao changzhong granules,and with acupoint sticking jointing regular small glucocorticoid.The basic composition of ningxiao changzhong granules was as follows: Semen Lepidii8-12 g,Cortex Mori 8-12 g,Fritillary Bulb 8-10 g,Bitter Almond 8-10 g,Silkworm 6-8g,Pinellia Ternata 6-8g,Citrus 6-8g,frying Semen Raphani8-10 g,frying Fructus aurantii 6-8g,frying macrocephala Koidz 10-12 g,Radix Curcumae 8-10 g,Amomum 6-8g,frying Rice Sprout 8-10 g.(A carton of the medicine contained 7 agents,and one dose a day,dividing into two times.)The acupoint sticking therapy used Evodia Rutaecarpa,Perilla,Platycodon grandiflorum and so on,into a fine powder in certain proportion,making with vinegar paste and making into round pie,taping in Feishu point,Anti-asthma den,Tanzhong point.1 times a day in the first week,and in the second to forth week,interval of 1 day for 1 times.And according to the situation of children with tolerance,each stick apply for 4 to 6 hours.1 month was treated for a period of treatment,and the total treatment was 3 months.Two groups of children were required to have bland diet and avoid cold and allergen during treatment.By observing the total effective rate,the traditional Chinese medicine syndromes curative effective,the changes of main symptoms and signs,the value of the Eos and IgE,to evaluate the clinical comprehensive efficacy.Using SPSS17.0 statistical software for the data analysis.The measurement data used the mean and standard deviation.The comparison between the two groups used T-test,and the count data used the chi-square test,and using Wilcoxon rank of nonparametric test.Using the P<0.05 for the statistical significance,to evaluate the treatment group and control group in the treatment of curative effect.Results:1 Two groups of children were compared in the total effective rate: In the treatment group,the 18 cases were markedly improved and the effective cases of 11 cases and the in invalid case of 1.And the total effective rate was96.67%.In the control group,the 10 cases were markedly improved and the effective cases of 18 cases and the in invalid case of 2.And the total effective rate was 93.33%.The result showed that the total effective rate of thetreatment group was higher than the control group;2 Two groups of children were compared in the aspect of TCM syndrome curative effect: Using Wilcoxon rank of nonparametric test,the result showed the differences between the two groups of the curative effect,having the statistical significance(P<0.05).And the average rank of the treatment group was higher the control group.So the result showed that the aspect of TCM syndrome curative effect of the treatment group was better than the control group;3 Two groups of children were compared in the the changes of main symptoms and signs: the result showed that the treatment group and the control group all could relieve the clinical symptoms and signs,and the treatment group was better than the control group,having the statistical significance(P<0.05);4 Two groups of children were compared in the value of the Eos: The datas had no difference between the two groups before treatment,having comparabled(P>0.05).The result showed that the treatment group and the control group all could relieve the value of the Eos,and the treatment group was better than the the control group,having the statistical significance(P<0.05);5 Two groups of children were compared in the value of the IgE: The datas had no difference between the two groups before treatment,having comparabled(P>0.05).The result showed that the treatment group and the control group all could relieve the the value of the IgE,and the treatment group was better than the the control group,having the statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion: The treatment group of the chronic duration of asthma in children with ningxiao changzhong granules with acupoint sticking was better than the control group in the total effective rate,the TCM syndromes curative effective,the changes of main symptoms and signs,the value of the Eos and IgE.Ningxiao Changzhong granules is basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine as a guide,including the effect of clearing lung and eliminatingphlegm,relieving asthma and regulating qi-flowing for strengthening spleen,and proving the traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of asthma and playing a good therapeutic effect. |
