Study Of Ke Chuan Ting Acupoint Sticking Therapy On The Effect Of Clinical Symptoms And Small Airway Function With Chronic Persistent Asthma Patients

Objective:To observe the effect of Ke Chuan Ting Acupoint Sticking Therapy combined with Budesonide and Formoterol Fumarate Powder for Inhalation on clinical symptoms and small airway function with chronic persistent asthma patients.Methods:To selecte 78 patients with chronic persistent asthma as subjects.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Each group has 39 patients.The control group was treated with Budesonide and Formoterol Fumarate Powder for Inhalation.The observation group was treated with Ke Chuan Ting Acupoint Sticking Therapy for 6 times on the basis of the control group(the course of treatment is 6 weeks),and followed up for 3 months.Before treatment and at the end of treatment,the changes of FEV1%,FEV1/FVC,PEF%,FEF25%,FEF50%,FEF75%,FEF25%-75%),asthma symptom score and ACT score were observed between the two groups;the times acute attack of asthma in 3 months before treatment,during treatment and 3 months after treatment were recorded,the control rate at the end of treatment and 3 months after treatment were compared.Results:(1)Compared with before treatment:①The asthma symptom score of the two groups decreased significantly(p<0.01);②The ACT score of the two groups increased significantly(p<0.01);③FEF25%,FEF50%,FEF75%,FEF25%-75%of the two groups increased,and FEF25%,FEF50%,FEF75%,FEF25%-75%of observation group increased significantly(p<0.01).FEF75%of control group increased significantly(p<0.01),FEF25%,FEF50%,FEF25%-75%had no significant difference(p>0.05);③FEV1%,FEV1/FVC,PEF%of the two groups increased,and FEV1%,FEV1/FVC,PEF%of observation group had significant difference(p<0.01).FEV1/FVC of control group had difference(p<0.05),and FEV1%,PEF%had no difference(p>0.05);⑤The control rate of the two groups increased at the end of treatment and the third month follow-up(p<0.05).(2)Comparison between groups:①Asthma symptom score in observation group decreased(p<0.05);②ACT score of the observation group increased(p<0.05);③FEF50%,FEF25%-75%in observation group increased(p<0.05),FEF25%and FEF75%had no significant difference(p>0.05);④FEV1/FVC in observation group increased(p<0.05),FEV1%and PEF%had no significant difference(p>0.05);⑤During the treatment,the times of acute attack of asthma in the observation group decreased,but the difference was not significant(p>0.05),and it decreased significantly after 3 months at the end(p<0.05);⑥At the end of the treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher,but there was no significant difference(p>0.05).At the third month after the treatment,the control rate of the observation group was higher and significant(p<0.05).Conclusion:1.Ke Chuan Ting Acupoint Sticking Therapy combined with western medicine can improve the airway function of patients with chronic persistent asthma,especially the small airway function,effectively relieve the symptoms of asthma,reduce the number of acute attacks,and improve the clinical control level.2.Ke Chuan Ting Acupoint Sticking Therapy combined with western medicine has a certain long-term effect on patients with chronic persistent asthma,and asthma control rate are relatively stable during the follow-up.3.The stable control level of Ke Chuan Ting Acupoint Sticking Therapy combined with western medicine in the treatment of patients with chronic persistent asthma may be achieved by improving the function of small airway.
