In recent years, with the reform of China's medical industry, in order to meet the people's medical needs, at the same time, in order to change the status quo is not balanced the medical resources, the whole society to the hospital building's demand is growing, the birth of a lot of hospital construction projects.The implementation of these projects, we have gradually found that the slow progress of the project or, obstacles; either the cost control not to live, almost super serious; or use function failed to achieve, resulting in investment with the medical staff complained; either works finished, a group of otherwise outstanding medical staff due to participation project failed to control myself fell. All kinds of situations, the current situation of hospital engineering project management still exist big problems, the urgent need to improve, especially in the engineering change management.Hospital construction is different from other civil buildings, there are complex, professional, high requirements, the impact of large and so on. Similarly, the hospital project management also has its own characteristics, the requirements of a strong professional, wide knowledge, high standards. Because of the current project management of hospital project in China, there are still problems such as low management funds, lack of management staff, lack of professional ability, imperfect system, and so on, which lead to the project management of hospital project is still relatively confused, the actual effect is not ideal. Especially in engineering produced a lot of change negotiation, eventually leading to beyond the control of the investment, decline in the quality, schedule delay settlement difficult adverse consequences.In this paper two hospital project as an example, on change management case occurred in the process of building were finishing, induction, analysis and research, collect a lot of data for statistical, and concluded that the main reason for the change is to occur, as well as the main professional, identify changes in high-risk areas and on the cost of the most obvious impact of the kind of changes, change management especially changed the direction of the pre control guidelines. At the same time, the management process is analyzed through fourteen specific case. Through these cases and the whole project change management, the post evaluation and the loss of the change management are summarized. After the evaluation from four aspects: design management, construction management, supervision management and the owners coordination. In front of the three major is reflected in the design, construction, supervision of the three main lines. In particular, the coordination of the owners, because the hospital project management of the owner's awareness of the impact of the project is too large, can do the work of the owners of communication and coordination is the key to the success of the project management.Finally, through the analysis of the case and the post evaluation, we can find some successful change management methods and effective change management measures. It will provide some reference for the change management of hospital engineering in the future.
