Objective:To observe the change of both drug resistance rate of common pathogenic bacteria and the DDDs of commonly used antibiotics at the same time in a grade-one class-three hospital in Tianjin city in2011-2013, and analyse the relationship of each other.Methods:1.Collect the antibiotics susceptibility test results of common pathogenic bacteria in a grade-one class-three hospital in Tianjin city in2011-2013,and statistically analyse the change of drug resistance rate.2. Statistically analyse the change of the DDDs of commonly used antibiotics during the same period in this hospital.3.Analyse the relationship between the change of drug resistance rate and the change of the DDDs of commonly used antibiotics.Results:1.The strains which are most detected in gram-positive bacteria are staphylococcus epidermidis and staphylococcus aureus, and staphylococcus aureus increases year by year, The strains which are most detected in ingram-negative bacteria are Echerichia coli, Acinetobacter baumannii, Klebsiella pneumoniae and Pseudomonas aeruginosa.2.staphylococcus epidermidis and staphylococcus aureus keeps sensitive to Linezolid,Vancomycin and Teicoplanin, the staphylococcus aureus which are resistant to Glycopeptide are not found; the Escherichia coli and Kebsiella pneumoniae which are resistant to Carbapenems are not found. The drug resistance rate of Escherichia coli and Kebsiella pneumoniae to Cefoperazone/Sulbactam and Piperacillin/Tazobactam are low,The drug resistance rate of Acinetobacter baumannii and Pseudomonas aeruginosa to Cefoperazone/Sulbactam are low.ESBLs are more detected in Escherichia coli than in Kebsiella pneumoniae.3.The drug resistance rate of Staphylococcus aureus to Cefoxitin and Quinolone antibiotic have decreased, the drug resistance rate of Staphylococcus epidermidis to Azithromycin have decreased, different from most other antibiotics, the drug resistance rate of Kebsiella pneumoniae,Escherichia coli,Acinetobacter baumannii to Cefepine,Rocephin and Ceftazidime have decreased, the drug resistance rate of Kebsiella pneumoniae and Escherichia coli to Aztreonam have decreased, though the drug resistance rate of Acinetobacter baumannii to Cefoperazone/Sulbactam and Polymyxin B are low,but it have increased;the drug resistance rate of Pseudomonas aeruginosa to Ceftazidime and Ciprofloxacin have increased.4.The DDDs of commonly used antibiotics display that the DDDs of Azithromycin and Levofloxacin are high, and the DDDs of Levofloxacin have increased constantly.5.The DDDs of special antibiotics such as Meropenem,Imipenem, Vancomycin and Cefepine have decreased constantly.6.The DDDs of Cefoperazone/Sulbactam, Piperacillin/Tazobactam and Piperacillin/Sulbactam have increased.7.The DDDs of Cefepine and Ceftazidime have decreased, and the drug resistance of Kebsiella pneumoniae,Escherichia coli and Acinetobacter baumannii to it have decreased; The DDDs of Imipenem and Meropenem have decreased, and the drug resistance of Acinetobacter baumannii to it have decreased; The DDDs of Cefepine and Ceftazidime have decreased, and the drug resistance of Kebsiella pneumoniae,Escherichia coli and Acinetobacter baumannii to it have decreased; The DDDs of Cefoperazone/Sulbactam have increased, and the drug resistance of Acinetobacter baumannii to it have increased; The DDDs of Levofloxacin have increased, and the drug resistance of Escherichia coli to it have increased; The DDDs of Piperacillin/Tazobactam have increased, and the drug resistance of Staphylococcus epidermidis to it have increased.Conclusion:1.Common pathogenic bacteria detected in this study are consistent with reported at home and abroad.2.Since the antibiotic classification management system are used, especially the policy that Special antibiotics only can be used after consultation are put into practice, the doseage of Special antibiotic has decreased.3. Parts of the pathogenic bacteria’s drug resistance rate has decreased, the relationship between drug resistance rate and DDDs deserve dynamic monitoring for a long time.
